I did not have a good experience with Abra. They had been highly recommended to me as a good repair shop, so I felt confident in my decision to take my rear ended car in for an estimate and a repair. Not all of the miscommunications were the fault of Abra, but in the end I wasnt happy with how I was treated. I ended up having to bring my car in twice for estimates (due to lack of communication by the insurance company), and each time I was promised a follow up phone call to tell me what they had found. In neither case was I called; I had to call and hunt down the person handling my account to find out what was happening. I had to keep calling to find out when to bring the car in for repair. Then when I finally took my car in to have it repaired, they had it for ten days before I was finally told that it was a total loss and I had to go in to clean it out and sign over the car. This information came from the insurance company, not Abra, which may explain why I didnt find out until I was on my way to Abra on Stop 12, that my car had been moved to another Abra location in Noblesville. When I called the Abra on Stop 12 to ask why I hadnt been informed that my car had been moved, I was informed that I had "signed the paper" stating that they may move my car if deemed necessary. Which is fine, except no one told me, and at that point I asked to speak to a manager. I waited on hold for about ten minutes and then hung up. They may indeed be good at repairing cars, but I have no experience with that, and due to the lack of communication from them, its unlikely Ill ever be back.

Good Morning, Since the beginning of this process we have been nothing but grateful to the people at ABRA Auto Body in Greenwood. There has always been a sense of true customer satisfaction and appreciation for the customer. First special thanks to Brenda Pecina who answered every phone call and question I have had since day one. My wife came to drop off the vehicle and was completely lost during the process (due to car terminology) but, Brenda went beyond great lengths to assist her and our family get our car on the way to being repaired. Her self-less determination for helping the customer proves a sense of unwavering duty to the customer. Second many, many, many thanks to Ricky Woolridge. Once my vehicle was deemed a total loss after the two inspections, he not only helped me decided to keep the vehicle or not. He also directed me to other facilities that could repair my vehicle. Also during those stressful moments of decisions, he walked me through the inspection of the vehicle and told me exactly everything that needed to be repaired so I would know exactly what has been reviewed and needs to be repaired. His faithfulness to the customers needs shows his appreciation and value towards the customers who are not just money but actual real people. As much praise I can give I want to say thank you everyone who has helped me and my family from day one! Thank you!

When I got my car back from these idiots it had adhesive all over it, scratches all over the trunk (they fixed that) and they sandblasted my tires so I have to keep treating them to make them look decent. The dumb ass broad up front told me they take checks then after my ride left she puts some crap into her computer and informs me they WONT take my check, have to wait for ride to get home to get a cc number. The idiot Rusty asks if I need my house keys, I say no so they threw them away (thought they meant did I need them today, not ever again). The body work was a joke, paint job was the worst I have seen, little over a year later and I can see paint bubbling up on the door they painted. If it wasnt for progressive Insurance I would never have gone here (not with them anymore and never will be again, theyre lifetime warranty on the work is a lie...they just tell you to talk to whoever done the work. Thats not a warranty I can do that on my own ). Bottom line is these guys (from the idiot at the desk to the moron doing the painting) are grossly incompetent and you will be lucky if your car doesnt look worse than when it went in. I will have to repaint the car in a couple years because of these losers. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. I see other Abra body shops around and I wouldnt go to any of them after my experience with the one in Greenwood.

Make sure you inspect EVERYTHING! And make sure the car is in the light when you do or bring a good flashlight. I had orange peel, dirt in the paint, and fuzz or hair in the paint. They finished two days early when they originally said it would be done but told them not to rush it that Id prefer quality over speed. Well they had to repaint it again because it didnt pass my inspection. The manager admitted to me that their paint booth door seals were worn and wasnt sealed very well allowing dirt to get in. Youre the manager dont tell your customers that and FIX THE BOOTH. Even though it took longer than they originally promised they skimmed on quality and tried to rush and ended up losing in the long run. They did make it right in the end. Will I bring anything else back there? Probably not

Have not repaired my vehicle and made modifications to the exhaust I did not approve of and called it replaced after they told me the first time the vehicle was repaired even though they did nothing to the car and lied directly to my face and gave the insurance company a different copy of repairs made would give less than one star due to the inability of the company to properly repair a vehicle without having to "attempt" the same repair three or more times... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY...

Not even 1 star it is obvious that they think its ok to be rude to there customers. Justin the fat douche bag that does the inspections on ur car dont know a thing about cars, is is snotty and stuck up. I wouldnt come back here to air up my tire let alone let them work on my vehicle. When i came to pick up my truck they brought it out to me missing a tail light and the gas cap door and expected me to drive off like that. Then got rude woth me when i said something about it being like that.

My experience was not good. Took my vehicle there based on them being a recommended repair shop for my insurance company. Their communication was inaccurate and inconsistent. The repair took more than twice as long as original estimate and they tried to return the vehicle to me without accessories which were on the vehicle when taken to the shop. I would not recommend them.
