I went to ABRA in Lavergne originally as they were the "approved" body shop by my insurance. I decided I would pursue the insurance of the guy that hit my car in order to not have to pay for the fix. I was in a pretty bad accident on the interstate when some a**hole named [redacted] hit my car because he wasnt paying attention. At first ABRA was fine, saying "they would take care of me/I wouldnt have to worry/they would treat me as though I were family"... So when we went out to have the inspector from ABRA estimate the damages to my car, I was at ease. Until he started looking at every little dent/scratch/whatever that was on my car (bought used). I asked him, "what the hell are you looking at all that for? The damage is contained only to the rear of my car", and he said, "oh its just this system we use here to do estimates requires me to factor in the whole car". So I shrugged it off... I got the estimate a week or so later - the price: $7,400+! Fantastic... So the other guys crap insurance tried to total my car, which was worth more than that (on KBB and NADA), and Im paying more for the car... Took the car to a few other shops and everything has been less than $3,000. Dont go to ABRA in Lavergne, please! Save yourself what could be a total waste of time. Thanks for reading and regards, Á

I had zero experience going through the process of getting my car repaired due to being rear-ended. Mrs. Joyce and Michael Husk of ABRA Smyrna are by far one of the best experiences Ive had with customer interaction (especially Mrs. Joyce). She walked me through the entire process, answered any ridiculous questions I may have asked, etc.). She just made my overall experience in choosing ABRA AUto Body & Glass - Smyrna much more satisfying. ABRA needs to keep her and Michael forever, they are the kind of employees that makes customers stay and make recommendations. They were kind and helpful every single time I contacted ABRA. Additionally, the repair/paint team did an outstanding job and thank you so much for not skimping out on the replacement parts and putting in new ones because I still considered my car in excellent condition even though it is a 2010 model. The paint job looks excellent. Overall, the repair has been great!

I had a great experience with ABRA Auto Body and Glass in La Vergne. The front office staff (Joyce) was excellent and friendly. My contact person with ABRA was Kelly, she was very friendly and gave me a quick quote for the repair. She was an excellent communicator and had my fender fixed from start to finish in 2-1/2 days. The repair matched the paint perfectly (which was my fear - due to it being a brand new car) and the work looked great. It looked as if my car was never in an accident. I will return to these guys in the future if needed and would recommend them to everyone that I know that needs bodywork. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish.

I contacted Abra to get a windshield replaced. I was thinking that I would have to come up to the shop on a Saturday. When I had some scheduling issues, Abra was able to send a mobile technician to my work and put a great quality (PGW) windshield in my Xterra in a little under an hour. I will certainly use them again.

Very friendly staff and good quality repair, had a small issue with one a connection inside one of my doors after a repair and they took care of it without any fuss. Repairs were made under insurance but the took care of some minor scratches on another area for a very reasonable price.
