Our daughter had an accident in Bloomington, we live in South Bend. All communication between us and the body shop was very professional; Jeff handled all of our questions with respect and candor. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company But the most amazing part of the story was that once the car was repaired, Tony offered to drive it to us for free; Bloomington to South Bend round trip is 400 miles. That was above and beyond, and then some. The logistics of us getting to Bloomington were daunting, so we were relieved, to say the least. The car looks great, and while I dont really want to have another accident, Tony proved to me that Bloomington would be the right place to have an accident.

I had a quite negative experience at TK body shop. In short, I was not treated courteously and I have to call them every singe time I wanted an update on my car. They said its going to take one week to repair my car then on the last day they told me (and again I called them to find out about this) that its going to take another week. By the time we went to pick up my car on the end of the second week (and again I have to call them...), they said they finished the job but the engine hood was still misaligned. Eventually they agreed to work on it again the next Monday. Besides, the total cost is 500 dollars more expensive than the estimation and I have to go though an ugly negotiation on the price.

What an outstanding place! Skillful, friendly, and -- the prime characteristic needed, especially in this business -- absolutely honest and genuine. I have taken my business there for years but never been happier than today. My car had minor collision damage, and instead of saying, "Sorry, its more complicated than it looks" and sticking me with a big bill, they said, "It was actually very simple" and they didnt even charge me. While you shouldnt expect something for nothing, even from the nicest people, you can count on reliable work and excellent value.

The aftermath of an accident is often costly, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate, so if it ever happens again (God forbid!) I would choose this one amazing outfit to fix my car. Jeff welcomes all who enter and treats you with knowledge. experience, and empathy. He and the crew saved me $$$ at a critical time in our life on a fixed income and the car is as good as new!!! I had my RAM 1500 into Tonys for a slide off damage to my right hood, windshield, and roof. They were backed up, but managed to get me taken care of as quickly as they could. The truck looks like show room new, and better than factory! They are very friendly and courteous and very understanding about everything, and gave me a super clean truck back! Highly recommend anyone to use them for any body work needed!
