i went there for the first time to get a sandwitch for my daughter who was supposed to stay at school for Christmas performance. i asked for a foot long and when the worker asked me about the kind of cheese, i asked him to put a combination of two different types. when i was going to pay at the cashiers, the worker charged me for extra cheese. when i protested and explained that i did not ask for extra cheese and just asked for a mixture of cheeses, the worker started un wrapping the two halves and proceeded to take cheese slices out of the sandwitch. Do you want to buy your food from these kinds of people? I dont!!!

4 people in front of me and 10 people behind me at lunch time on a Thursday and theres one person making sandwiches and checking people out while I watch another staff member stay in the back writing labels for something. You would think that could wait so you can go help customers and your fellow co-worker get through a rush. I work in customer service and I would never ignore helping customers to continue doing busy work. This place needs better management. Of course the staff member who decided not to help customers is the same person that never says hi, smiles, looks at the customer or talks loud enough to hear.

This is by far the BEST run Subway I have ever been to! The owner is always there, and the place is so clean and the service is fast and friendly! I eat here probably two to three times a week. They understand customer service and have set the bar way to high for anyone else to ever compete with them! I know it sounds crazy to say all of that about Subway, but trust me...they are the best!
