Okay, I cant complain about the food. The food is wonderful. The staff is great and always seems to be happy to serve which is important to make people like me feel less paranoid about bad service. I have only had one problem and that is I didnt get any chicken on one of my sandwiches. Now I didnt complain because I was using free chic fila sandwich cards that I got from photographing for them before (product and sponsor photos) and I think they remembered me since I was using one almost everyday. I had a feeling it was deliberate but I brushed it off because people make mistakes and I figured okay they dont realize that I earned these and not trying to be cheap. I even would buy more sometimes just to help out. But even if it wasnt on purpose, it is still a pretty big mistake to forget to place the chicken on a chicken sandwich when that is tour bread and butter as a business. So yeah I wasnt too happy. The best part is that one of the workers there came into my business and we gave him a great time and I told him what happened with me and he confirmed my suspicions of it being on purpose. I get it. But those cards are money and it doesnt matter if I used one everyday I should get what I am promised.

Ever since the remodel, the place has been an absolute wreck when it comes to service. It seems they have twice as much staff now but everything is twice as worse. So many incompetent teenagers working makes ordering painful and they simply just dont know what theyre doing half the time. Besides this, going there always ends up being a hassle. My friend and I both placed mobile orders so we could beat the line like we always do, and went to pick up the food. My friend wanted to add cheese sauce to his order, but couldnt find it anywhere on the app, so he was just going to ask if they could add it on once we got there. Of course, the cashier didnt know if he could add it and asked the manager, who told my friend he would have to get in the main line to order the cheese sauce separately. There was about over 15 people in line and it took my friend over 20 minutes to order A SIDE OF CHEESE SAUCE. By the time he got it, his food was already cold so it was a tremendous waste of time. Definitely not returning

Richard came to our table to refill our drinks. Bryan (the owner) bends down to serve customers out the window in the drive through. A couple of trips ago, my chicken pieces smelled a little off, and the employees freshened up the oil and brought me a new batch. They didnt seem annoyed at my request, like so many other quick-food restaurant employees. I love their speedy service, the food is hot and tastes good, but its the sharp, upbeat employees who say "My pleasure" instead of "yeah, no problem" that bring me back a couple of times a week.

Trying to get in an out of the parking lot is a nightmare! Then when you order food you have to yell just to be heard! On top of it all when you finally get your food you have all these teenagers constantly asking about my visit an asking to refill my drink....if I wanted to have conversation interrupting my meal I would of stayed home! Ive ate there twice had the same problems both times. I wont ever go back. Its good that they are not open on Mondays that would be one more thing to start your week off!

I work right down the road from this establishment, and I must say, I am totally willing to spend the extra money on better food/service than your average fast food establishment. This Chick-Fil-A has NEVER served me cold food, and they have NEVER been rude to me. I even buy their food, drive 20 minutes home, and reheat it in the oven and its STILL amazing. I give this restaurant 4/4 stars and will leave my desk in 18 minutes to go buy their delicious food, and I will continue going back. =)

It was crowded so there were only 3 empty tables that we saw & all 3 were dirty, not wiped off. When I asked our server if she could wipe off the one we sat at she just came back & threw a wipe on the table. When I asked if they dont wipe them off she just said they were sort staffed for the tables & walked off. So my granddaughter wiped off our table so we could eat. I told her that was not good since she didnt have gloves like the workers should have.....

Dont stop here. The store was dirty, employees had begun closing procedures shortly after 9:00 p.m. covering the trash cans so they could not be used. A cup and paper remained on the floor as staff repeatedly walked past it. The restroom floor was dirty, with a wadded piece of blackened paper that looked as if it had been there for days. This store is not representative of the quality and excellent customer service usually found in Chick-Fil-A restaurants.

I visited this location for lunch today around 3:15pm. I typically go through the drive thru on my lunch hour. Everyone is always very friendly and quick! Today was the first time I experienced a rude unhappy employee.I drove off thinking I cant believe they have her working for them. She didnt smile and say have a great day,jump off a bridge;nothing!! If you visit this location I hope you dont have to meet her!

Great food, polite people, but very quick to end breakfast. When I was there at the window at 10.27 trying to order the lady ran out and spun the menu around and said sorry we are not serving breakfast....after I had been waiting in line but that didnt matter to them. I will still continue to frequent other locations, except Mall St. Mathews, the worst in my opinion.

Most amazing customer service! I was traveling from Tenessee to Wisconsin with my husband, 2 dogs and our 13 month old. They held my food so I could change my son, they helped me bring my food out to my car and then offered to get our dogs water. They seriously made our day. And the food was wonderful as well. I wish we had a Chick-fil-A in Wisconsin!

Unprofessional at the pick up window (8.1.16@1:36p). We asked for little ice and honey mustard. The young lady (Vanessa K.) got upset when we asked for honey mustard (that was not in the bag) and a different cup with less ice. Mistakes happen all the time but its very important to handle them professionally.

My order was all wrong. Went in to see if I could actually get what I paid for. Took my sandwich from me which I had already opened and put it back under the warmer to give to someone else (gross). The manager was rude. And my order was never fixed completely. I will never revisit this store.

My wife and I have enjoyed many a breakfast at Chick-fil-A here in Clarksville. The employees have been cheerful and helpful and, yes, as a Christian establishment, even prayerful and encouraging. We have enjoyed our breakfast burritos and chicken on biscuits also. Thanks, Chick-fil-A.

Great food. Great people. Inconsistent service. More often than not, everything here is outstanding, worth the wait and the price. However, every once in awhile food comes out wrong, you only get half a piece of chicken, or your fries wont be filled. That wont stop me from coming back.
