Seems 90% of the movies I rent skip, and this has been the case in the decade theyve been in our town--ESPECIALLY the kids stuff. I start watching a movie, get partway in, it skips, I clean the disk and cross my fingers over and over before finally taking the darn thing back and getting another copy to try. Its annoying as heck. Redbox is cheaper ($1.20 for a new release vs. $2.50ish) and has a much better "good disk" ratio. Id go with them or Netflix.

You just cannot replace talking face to face with people who are there solely to help u find a movie. If the movie is scratched you take it back and replace it, and often theyll give you a free rental on top of that. Stay away from movie vending machines if you want great customer service.

They are always really nice and they even help recommend movies. Its something you dont get from a redbox experience. Support the store and get a pizza from next door while youre at it.

Your bathroom is nasty! Teach ur staff to clean in there. No place to hang a purse, you have to set it on floor. No soap to wash ur hands. Please stock and clean your bathroom!!!
