Came here with my family to rent a child movie. Apparently there when there is a town fair the employees use it as an excuse to be rude and mannerless. I mearly parked my car and was trying to get out with my child when a pregnant rude employee exited family video and then told me she was going to tow me for parking AT THEIR FACILITY! She even brought another employee out to aid her in being a rude mannerless waste of life. Needless to say, my family will NOT be enjoying a Labor Day weekend movie and I cannot believe these employees were terrible to their customers. As we left they were sneering and flipping us off. What a terrible establishment.

They have a great selection of movies & games at good prices. You can also choose the length of time for a lot of rentals, ranging from one to five days. Another great feature is their selection of kids movies that are FREE to rent. What I love the most, though, is their customer service. I have never had a bad experience, & every employee Ive encountered has been genuinely nice & helpful.

I use to like them, but they had a promotion, so it was cheaper to rent dvds, then when the promotion was over, they charged us the extra amount
