I will never go anywhere else now. I was having my car worked on by another mechanic that morning to replace the rear driver side control arm. I felt suspicious of everything though from the mechanics attitudes, tone, and how unprofessional everything was. I immediately cancelled with them, called Trustys and they were nice enough to fit me in that day. Not only that, all that was wrong was a loose bolt. They saved me $160 another mechanic was going to charge me that morning to fix something that didnt have anything wrong with it; so because of their honesty, professionalism, and for putting the customer first every time, they FOREVER have my business. Special thanks to the mechanic Lauren for finding the loose bolt. He really is an awesome mechanic that made whats usually a grueling experience awesome.

Its hard now days to find a business that wont try to rip you off or sell you something or some service that you dont need.
