James is very knowledgeable and fair. J&J auto is the most affordable auto repair business in Washington country. He replaced an engine in my 2003 Ford Escape at a fair price and returned it to me with in 1 week. He even gave me the extra radiator hoses for me to keep as spares. Their customer service is second to none. Always willing to give advise and help in anyway that they can. He also has a wrecker service which is also very fair and reliable. Thanks guys for all the help and great service.

Keeps calling my special needs daughter about stolen items. Evidently has wrong phone number but, keeps calling anyway. We have never owned a Volvo and my daughter cant even drive. Considering a law suit.

I needed to repair my automobile. J & J is good and inexpensive, but very slow. They do good repair, but they take their time. My neighbor suggested them to me and had the same caveats.
