The receptionist was entirely unprofessional. My coordinator was horribly unprofessional. The interview process was sloppy and impersonal. The staff that I interacted with were indifferent and excessively forgetful. I basically walked into an assignment blind. She gave no mention of the obligatory 50-60 hours a week before I began. She gave no mention of my job responsibilities. I personally tried to contact my coordinator because of a) underpayment on my check; b) an urgent need to change my availability; c) general questions about my role for my assignment. I did not get a response until it was literally too late. I personally left four messages for my coordinator throughout two weeks, but generally that became exhausting. I was eventually forced to try to find work elsewhere, and only when I chose to end my assignment was a voice mail returned. Terrible. Literally every single time that I called, a receptionist would immediately put me on hold, and no sooner than three minutes later theyd ask, "Who were you on hold for, again? Im sorry." Im patient, so the first five times didnt bother me... but the next ten times... Please, find an alternate staffing agency. I will not recommend this "service" to anyone.

Its ok, everyones complains make no sence, there are laws stating they must provide you with a reason if you are not employable... as of those talkin of being cheated of money, read you payment stubs or check your bank, you are charged what most consider an unreasonable amout for drug and back ground screening.. they are not necessarily best place to find emplyment but are realy helpfull of anyone just needing a start.. and for being sent in "blind", they tell you what company you are going to, the interview dosnt need to be personal. This is a TEMP service, if you are looking for good or great work with beifits an pay, I sujest you update you resume and go find your ouwn job/work

I remember back in 2006 Custom put me out at Ameriqual Packaging oh it was all good at first I got two full weeks in but then the shady crap kicks in. Ameriqual had everyone stand in line if you got your name called you got to work. I got my name called everytime for two weeks than it just stopped. I was never late I showed up on time but I would come to work just to get sent back home smh. I pay child support no judge is trying to hear your excuses pay support with a steady job or go to jail. Needles to say I left Custom they never called me back after Ameriqual anyway.

Cant even give a 1 star. They screwed my boyfriend out of getting the job they TOLD him was hiring. Went in did his application, he asked if he needed to do anything else and the woman said no, he was done. He called to check up on his application, and the company said they didnt have his application... come to find out that custom never told him he had to do a paper application along with the electronic one he did there. By this time that company wasnt hiring anymore. All we got was a "oh, Im sorry"

They dont tell you want specifics about the job then make you sign a contract to screw to pay $50 for your own background check and drug screen. Before you even know what you will make it the details about the job! If you ask for details about the job you are told that you will find out in an interview only after you sign ALL paperwork. If you push for more info you are told"well you dont have to interview." Yeah, no thanks! Biggest waste of my time!

They will find u a job quickly but it is always a job that doesnt pay anywhere near it should for the amount and kind of work required. This is a last resort for people who cant find a job anywhere else and should keep searching for a job while working for them bc none of there jobs are something u can work long term. Aweful agency but can find u a job if desperate enough

I was mislead and told I had employment. After several attempts to call, I got no replies about the employment promised. I was finally told that I did not have the job and no reason was provided. In times like these, we need to have jobs and companies that can lead us into the workforce. I do not think this is the right Company to do so.

They have u go thru all this paperwork an background check .then when u call after calling multiple times finally tells u o we got ur backgrounds back but we dont have anything your on the list.but they got ppl coming and putting them to work when a you know u got a lot more experience they other ppl.

Let me just say this, EVERY employer you go to work for will do a drug screen/back ground check on you that costs you 50 dollars (yes it comes out of your paycheck) every time they do the checks. The application is LITERALLY 30-40 pages long and the clerks up front are rude as hell.
