Ive dealt with several temporary job agencies in and around Hammond and Highland and this is by far the W O R S T! EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was sent and email to apply in person. I came in the next say to apply in person. The lady at the desk was very,very rude. I had to pull up the email on my phone I was sent by them because she seemed to think I was lying that I was emailed by them. While sitting in the office filling out the applications the 4-5 females working in the office had absolutely no shame in loudly laughing,having personal conversations and certainly no shame in dropping many,many "F Bombs" in the hour when I was there. When I called back 2 days later to follow up like they rudely asked me to I was told my application had not been processed and was pretty much hung up on. Happy to say I have found a job and NOT through Nexus. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go to this place. Horrible and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

If I could give this company no stsrs I would. Terrible. They sent me on a job only to get there and my name was not on the list. So the company sent me home. Asked Nexus if they were gonna pay me for the day. Heres a surprise ah no. They acted like it was my fault. Best part is you think they would get me work right away kinda like sorry but heres a different job. Again no. Do not use this place all jobs pay poorly that is if they send you out. The so called workers in the office are useless. Call you back dont hold your breath. My next step is a complaint to the BBB. This business should be shut down. They have you sign a drug test sheet but get this you never take a drug test. Those poor foolish companies that use Nexus, guess the jokes on them.

If you are looking for something to hold you over until the next job opportunity comes your way then yes, you can apply here. HOWEVER (This is your warning) you will need to count to 10 a few times while the process is taking place. The unprofessionalism is unreal at this place. I sat there in awe of how it was me that was still unemployed yet the worst attitude I have encountered in my lifetime is in charge of "career placement". What?! I am grateful for the job I was given but if I could figure out how to put my resume in the right hands, I would give the "employment specialist" a run for her money. Seriously. GET IT TOGETHER.

If you can avoid this place. AVOID!!. They offer the most LOWEST of the LOWEST paying jobs. You pretty much dont have options. They dont match you with jobs where you have the qualifications for. Its either accept what they have or leave. The staff are also very unprofessional, not business oriented. They will chit chat the whole entire time about their personal lives.

Terrible service from the beginning. The workers promise to stay in youch but never do. Its pretty much pointless to expect an answer if you are calling the office. The workers also should work on pulling pants up so that their butt cracks arent exposed as they so often are.Truly a ddisgusting unorganized place.
