Davis Staffing has assisted my family, friends, and self, achieve employment when reached out to for over a decade! As a teenager I was able to obtain my Industrial Truck Driving Permit through their client. After college and recently relocating back to NW Indiana, they have matched my skill set perfectly with the wage rate I wanted. In less thank two weeks, considering the obstacles in todays job market, they made it possible. Leticia and Sonya in the Hammond, IN office show an admirable professionalism, they are very good at following up, and very understanding to your needs; If it was up to me Id give them raises! I am excited for my career to continue to grow, if I ever need a staffing agency in the future I know Davis is reliable. Advice for a future employee would be remember to keep communication open, check in weekly when still searching, and keep a professional relationship; THEY are assisting YOU. As for Davis, continue to keep communication open, keep working hard as it is highly appreciated, noticeable, and showing results. Thanks for all that you have made possible for me and my loved ones, keep up the good work!

I signed up with their competitor and waited for over a year for them to find me employment to no avail. I did not even get a phone call. I have been employed with Davis Staffing for over a year and have not experienced any unpleasant encounters with them. I have had positions that coincide with my skills and intellectual level. I have had multiple employers that desired to hire me full-time but due to economics are unable to. Which makes brings home the point that considering this economy, for Davis to find me work at all is a wonderful task in itself. I feel comfortable calling and speaking with any one of the employees at Davis with any of my employment issues (of none which I have had thus far). I am grateful to Davis for enabling me the ability to pay my bills and be independent. Thank you so very much!

Horrible worked them in 2002 I got injured on assignment, the company ended the assignment, when I got released from my injury Davis didnt have work for me, so I had to find another job,forgot about the contact the company after the assignment is over policie ,davis fire me, and to this day they are still holing a grudge, HELLO!!! I have kids Davis thats more important then your stupid policies.

I had applied to this company, and the person that answered the phone told mentioned that you had to have a job already in order to get a job, if that is the case, why would I need them, she was very rude and unprofessional to me.
