Finding Aerotek has been a career-changer for me and I couldnt be more grateful. I personally had the pleasure of working with Jordan Spencer who contacted me regarding an opportunity at a company I was very interested in working for. She was able to secure me an interview within a week and was offered the job in less than two. I consider myself an adept in-person interviewee but the one for this job had to be done over the phone. My prior phone interview experiences were mixed so I was understandably nervous. Jordan coached me as to the types of questions to ask, how to present myself on the call, and gave me some extremely valuable tips that helped tremendously in my attaining a job offer. She stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and through my first week at my new job. Any questions I had she promptly answered and my transition to the new job as been unbelievably seamless. My pay is very competitive, benefits are decent, and my paycheck was even sent next day to my home to ensure it arrived on Friday (direct deposit takes a couple weeks to set-up). Ive thoroughly enjoyed working with Jordan and have been giving out her business card to everyone I know who is interested in changing roles, companies, or careers. I couldnt recommend her more highly.

I was contacted by Paula Pflaumer almost a year ago. The job she tried to match me up with didnt work out and said she would find something else. However a year later I have yet to hear back from her. Ive checked the website and found openings that I would be a good fit for. I applied and sent emails letting her know that I had applied. I even sent emails to the other recruiters. They all would say that they will let Paula know. One even told me that Paula would be reaching out to me the next day, which she never did. With all the emails Ive sent and places Ive applied, I still have heard NOTHING from Paula and I dont understand what the problem is. Shes not doing her job and should be fired. The least she could do is give me a call it respond to an email with an update. If I dont hear anything soon I will be reaching out to someone higher up because this is ridiculous!

I had the opportunity to work with Caitlin Furmanek who reached out to me with a great opportunity. After I expressed my interest via email, I spoke with Caitlin via telephone that same day. She and I met later that week for an in person interview. Unfortunately I was unable to make the in person interviews with the potential employer, but Caitlin managed to get me a phone interview the following week. The same day following the interview I received an offer from the potential employer and was scheduled to start my new position two weeks later. I was very fortunate to work with Caitlin because I believe she understood what I had to offer and exactly how I could fit the potential employers needs. She was able to genuinely empathize with my nerves and walked me through some main points I should try to convey during my interview.

Kirk Petyo and company there downtown are very professional and supportive. I was looking for new and exciting opportunities, and his office plugged me into a very rewarding and interesting position in the Northwest Suburbs. They are excellent and efficient in getting you through process of transitioning into your new job. And they stay in contact with you to make sure things are going well. Kirk maintains close contact with the client company you work for and their management. He and his office are very impressive in how they work on your behalf to secure extensions if you are interested; or how they find other new opportunities for you if you wish to go that direction instead. I HIGHLY recommend working with this agency in Chicago. And I would definitely work with them again if I return to the Chicago area.

After spending almost a year looking for a job after college, I was beginning to lose hope. But then I was contacted by Jordan Spencer and was amazed by how easily and quickly she was able to find me a job. Shortly after my first interview with her, Jordan had set up an interview for me with a company that perfectly matched what I was looking to get into as an engineer. The interview went great (with the help of Jordans coaching and practice) and a few days later I heard back that I got the job, paying more than I was asking for to begin with! I took a job, through Aerotek, with a company in Westminster CO. The company had no IT dept., no format for docs., and no art dept. They were not happy with my format so they let me go after 2 weeks. Not a problem, if they were not happy with my work they did the right thing. It is afterwards my problems, with Aerotek, started. The first paycheck was good. The second paycheck was for the straight time only - no per diem. The manager at Westminster Aerotek said they needed my address there in CO. so they could pay my per diem. OK, I sent it. The new check came today. Should have been 800.00 but was for 75.00. This kind of incompetence and messing with pay is inexcusable. I will never work for Aerotek again.

Will be unfair of me if I dont mention couple of words about the Aerotek Chicago office and the agent I worked with in securing my current job. Though I wasnt pursuing a change of job Lindsey Lowell from Chgo office matched my qualifications from file resume with several open positions and helped me narrow down to the best suited one. She did a very courteous and professional job in following up with me and client, obtaining answers , providing scope of interview, negotiating salary(got decent increment) etc. Has high level understanding of technical job details. Colleagues from her office who I interacted briefly were also very professional.

Kaitlin is the BEST. She reached out to me because she ran across my resume on one of the job boards where it was posted. The entire process went very quick. Went in to meet with her and I was working the next week. The entire staff is very friendly from the minute you walk in the door. I highly suggest that if you are looking for work give them a call. Kaitlin was with me the entire interview process and gave me great tips on nailing the interview. She even went out of her way to give me a call the morning of my interview to make sure I had all the information that I needed and tell me good luck. She is the BEST!!!!
