I`m Being (honest) 100% real to the people who is looking to go here or in a need of a job this Elite Staffing is a Joke the hours is long 12+ hours no work and life balance and they will lie on the phone and in your face and tell u to come in to work but when you enter the damn agency they have you waiting around for hours in a black chair and don`t send you out! its nothing but people with backgrounds and dudes who pants hang low off their butt at this Elite Staffing agency HINT! they have a list of people they send out so it does not matter lf you first to sign the paper or not lf you not on the tiny list good luck with getting paid with a full check or sent out a big waste of time they will tell u to Come tomorrow or call tomorrow but its not promise their will be work people did say you become regular after a week or 2 but i don`t know how true that is they can be lying the girl at the desk is alright the Mexican man is rude! i never did have a issue with her i never got sent out so i stop going it was wasting my time btw i only came to this place 2 times and i had to go right back on the bus after being lied to and i would get up early 8Am and walk yes walk down the street! and catch the bus for 20 damn minutes The area is not safe! its near by a alley and they don` open at 9Am its 10Am they tell people that the bus will drop you off at this Staffing Agency! @1am but who the hell is about to be standing waiting on their ride or a taxi at that time its unsafe! I never got sent out and i`m so thankful that i did not its was not safe at all and its near by a Jail all kind of people stay walking around in that Area so i just told the lady at the desk i will Not be back! her replay was: you come or you don`t its your Decision what kind of answer is that? Lf you really in a need of a job keep looking don`t give up hope its better staffing Agency out their or jobs This place is a Joke and will have u thinking u about to go to work but its the opposite! They lazy and some liars at this place!

Theses others reviews has me rotf.Im going to keep it real. (2016) Far as last year I made a decent amount of money with elite. They have a decent flow daily, usually busy you can find some work if "you are up for the tasks"! Period. Elite is a MF Im not going to lie... But I can honestly say they are pretty fair. No drug tests (*certain jobs) all you need is a I.d and social.transportation provided. And you can work the Same day if you get there early enough (I prefer you call in advance).. The regulars will go out first, primarily. A lot of people will be there seeking work as well, normally. I got dnrd (Do Not Return) (*certain jobs) over some b.s though. I was one of the better workers at a Company called Peacock. Peacock is a food manufacturing warehouse inc.. You work 10hr shifts. $9.75hr (Mon-Fri) (as desired...but to get continous work you should come everyday**)cold environment. The place is a little o.c but after a few weeks youll get the hang of things. (I can go deeper into how they treat you at Peacock but this is a Elite Staffing review #GoodLuck

They dont even pay minimum wage which is $10.50 elite staffing only pay $8.25/hr for picking n packing
