I applied for a position on the Indeed website that was originally a LaSalle Network position back at the end of February/early March. I received a call from Jessie Freeman to set up an appointment with her the following week Thursday. When I arrived at their office, the place was packed with candidates - which I took as a good sign that there was a lot of potential opportunities to be had from them. When I was finally called for my appointment, I didnt met with Ms. Freeman but with one of her team members - Angela Song. Ms. Song and I spoke very thoroughly about my current and past positions, my thoughts on my next position, my skills and how LaSalle Network works on trying to match the candidates to the positions that they have. We chatted a bit more, Ms. Song advised me they would be interested in working with me and that I would need to fill out some necessary paperwork for them and after I would meet with another member of the team. Another person that I could reach out to within their network. I filled out the paperwork and handed it back to the front desk person. After waiting for a while, I was called by a young lady by the name of Hannah Brooks. Ms. Brooks and I also chatted about my resume, my wants/needs for the next possible employer and again how LaSalle Network works on trying to match candidates with jobs. But thats not the reason that Im giving them just one star. The Monday after my initial interview, I emailed both Ms. Sing and Ms. Brooks again thanking them for their time and of course using the email to make sure that my name doesnt get lost in the shuffle. I received a call on following Tuesday afternoon from the original person that I had made the appointment with - Ms. Freeman. After listening to the voicemail that she left, I called her back 2 minutes after she called me. When I wasnt able to reach her, I left a message in the hopes that she would call me back. When I finally received a call back from Ms. Freeman, it was after 5pm and I was in a crowded and loud train. I asked if I could call her back when I got off - which would have been about 12 minutes - and she agreed to wait for my call. When I called her back, I got her voicemail and I again left a voicemail. It is now 8 days later... and after multiple phone calls and left voicemails for Ms. Freeman, I have not heard back from her or from either Ms. Song or Ms. Brooks on the emails that were sent to them. I havent stopped my job search because I am in need of a full time position but I dont know if Ill be working with LaSalle Network if they ever call me back.

My resume was noticed by Jess Howe at LaSalle Network and she reached out to me about a position that she thought would be a good fit for me. I then had a pleasant conversation with Jess about the position and it seemed like a good fit so I moved forward with the interview process. I then had the pleasure of interviewing face-to-face with Caitlin Brase who did a very thorough review of my background and further described the position her team had in mind for me. She felt even stronger that this position was a great fit for me and definately left me with that feeling. From that point forward, Catilin, Jess and Melissa Baker did a fantastic job of prepping me for my interview. My interview went extremely well and I was hired. I then went through a small rough stretch with a prescription I am taking for my ADD on my drug test. Melissa and Jess were again positive in letting me know all would turn out well and it did. Caitlin communicated to me yesterday there will be an orientation coming up for all of us who will be starting this position next week. I hope this detailed review shows the kind professionalism and great communication skills Caitlins team showed me. The time was also devoted to make sure that this position was correct for me and it certianly appears to be the case. I could not be more impressed with everyone I have dealt with at LaSalle Network. I am confident they have put me in position to succeed at the company I hope to advance my career with. Caitlin, Jess and Melissa have my highest recommendation.

Bordered on stalking. This company has been calling and emailing me for over a week. Every day when I leave work I have at least one missed call, voicemail, and email. One day they called me FIVE TIMES, with all different people. They have no organization with who is calling who. They should have a system with one recruiter reaching out to one person ONCE then the ball is in their court. I finally emailed them back and told them that I already had a full time job, with the hours I worked (which was why I couldnt answer their incessant calls), and would only be interested if they had jobs very specific to the niche I was still interested in (which I knew they didnt from previous emails from them). Yet, they continue to call me while I am at work, even though they know I am working. And they continue to email me. Desperation for commission just shows how unprofessional they are. Even if I was looking for a job, after the constant bombardment and disregard for my hours I would not work with them. On a different note, when my husband was looking for a job he worked with LaSalle and he had received an offer from them. They told him not to quit the job he was at yet and that more details would come. They never called him back. This company is totally unprofessional. If youre looking for a recruiting agency I have worked with Beacon Hill and they are incredible. Stay away from LaSalle.
