I went to a wednesday orientation and, upon coming in, I was told to fill out a questionaire and when finished, to bring it to the front desk with my resume. Just a couple of minutes later, I was called by one of the associates and off I went. After a few seconds of scanning my resume, I was told that they couldnt help me because of the large gap in my resume between jobs, and that their location only services those with a more current employment history. As an employment agency, I feel they should service all people, regardless of their employment history. Im not sure that theyre aware of how bad things have been for the country lately. If they were, they would understand why some people have been unemployed for a lengthy period of time. Instead, they referred me to the Oak Lawn office, by giving me a piece of paper with the phone number, and just like that, it was done, in less than 15 minutes. It was a rather disappointing experience and I should hope in the future, that this Kelly Services office will be more flexible in terms of the clientele they wish to attract. In the future, I may consider giving Kelly Services another chance, possibly, but in the meantime, Im sticking to Adecco USA for my employment help. At least they were able to help me find work.

Over the summer I was at my wits end looking for employment. So I decided to go to Kelly Services on their Wednesday orientation. After filling out the paperwork and after the interview process with the representative they told me I would be contacted soon. So of course I walked out a little sad, but before the elevator could even come. I received a call from the rep I interviewed with and she asked "Hey Angelo can you go for an interview today" I happily responded "Sure". So I went on the interview and they said that they would call me. Before 6:00pm I had a job paying $12.00 hourly. I am so happy with Kelly Service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of employment.

I think Kelly Services is great. As a Kelly Temp I have access to Employee Perks that range from Empire carpet to hotel stay and new computers(Dell) at discounted prices. The job comes with online schooling to from Skillport which is a major online school that prepares you for the business world classes include Project Manager Six Sigma and all the certifications under CompTia A+ and Networking just to name a few. Once you apply it will not be long before they find you an assignment

I went to Kelly Services in Northbrook the first week of April. Met with a woman who told me that she would follow up if I sent her an email. So, two weeks past and I send an email April 15 with no response. Today is two weeks of that email and no response from the girl who represents Kelly Services. She looked like she had just started at the agency with no prior experience, because it certainly shows.

I was not expecting much when Liz contacted me because of prior experiences with agencies. However, Liz was extremely professional in appearance, and tactics. She placed me immediately with a job that is in line with my skill set and personality. She is great at what she does and they are lucky to have her!!!
