I seen the stylist Miranda miner I had very bad experience with her she messed up my hair all up I was not happy at all she dont listen very well I said I want it done in the same place she took the color more up so really its all her fault... I was not happy at all I said can u color the dark more because it was to light she said no I dont have time today u can come back next time whatever Im not coming back never I did confront her about this I wanted to pay half price she said no we talk about this I give u what u wanted no u did not if a client is not happy u need to take care of them right away she took the full price she was not nice enough I will let u pay half shes snobby to me ...all these stylist just want to take our money and we r not happy... All she said I want u to come back hello if u want me too come back u need to care of my hair needs I walked out un happy and she knew it Please beware of this stylist if arent happy money comes first to her our hair needs dont Shes snobby also.... She asked me who did my hair before well Im telling the truth the stylist that I went to done way better job I hope u yall get what u pay for Im so unhappy I had to put out more money to fix this mess up she cut my hair uneven My hair looks alot better now after I had to go to another stylist!!

Very disappointed with my recent experience with Kristen Clark from Espoir Hair Salon located in Salon Lofts of Fishers. Scheduled an appointment online for August 5th at 9:00 am. Upon arriving promptly at 9 that Saturday morning, I could see Kristen had not yet arrived. I called twice and text Kristen a few times while waiting an hour for her to show up. I still have not received a response from her 2.5 weeks later. For a stylist who is open about her wish for you to respect her time by letting her know if youre unable to make your appointment for any reason, she surely does not respect her clients time. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Camille was awesome! She accidentally got double booked during my time but she took care of both of us, on time, no problem! She was so nice and made the time go so fast! My hair looked amazing for the photos I was taking
