AWFUL!! I went in for some SIMPLE HIGHLIGHTS, and left with ORANGE HAIR. It looked like the girl turned the left side of my hair blonde/orange, and gave me mostly highlights on the right side. It looked like 4 months of regrowth no joke! The cut was also aweful I went for an asymetrical it just looked like it was uneven. NEVER GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF. Courtney and Pam will not allow you to refund your money even if you dont like it. They also took my original receipt and never gave it back to me which I believe is illegal.

I have had great experiences here at the Greenfield location. Amy is the best. She is friendly and kind and also does a wonderful job. She listens to what I want and follows my input. One of the other things I really like about Amy is that she never tries to sell me expensive products I dont need or want. As long as Amy is there I will continue to do business with Smart Style in Greenfield.

My stylist Katie is terrific! I had not been able to accurately describe the way I needed my hair cut, but on my last visit, I brought in photos of the back and sides of the hairstyle I wanted. Boy, did Katie make it happen! Shes friendly, outgoing and very professional. Id recommend her to anyone.
