AAA sucks. They do not know how to opperate the business. They have very limited tow trucks and contrators that will keep you waiting for hours. The place is run poorly. They dont care about there employees allways has a high turn over rate, predjudice people, play favoritisim,. People would come in hungover, sleep at there desk and take long breaks, and they want to fire the ones that work hard and do what there suppose to do. BAD company to work for and very poor service. Everyone there needs to be fired and close the place down.

AAA Towed me a couple of weeks ago. They could not have been any more courteous and professional. I waited no more than 30 minutes. The technology allowed me to see where the tow truck was at all times. GREAT JOB!
