We havent been there for several years and here is why: We booked a trip to Sandals Whitehouse through them. A week or so after booking, I saw some warnings about this resort only having full bars complimentary in certain sections. I contacted GT&C to have them verify that our suite did have a full bar. The agent called me back later to assure me that she had spoken with the resort and, yes, our room DID have the bar in it. After arriving at the resort, you guess what happened. No bar. We were also assured that "if any problems arise during your vacation, contact us and we will take care of your problem". Uhhh, not exactly. No answer despite it being a work day, mid-day. We left numerous messages for Ms. H and she didnt return our calls. EVER. There was no contact ever after the incident. No apology, any kind of refund. NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and contact Peggy Dyer at M &M Travel Agency. Very professional and definitely responsive to your problems while traveling.

I have had nothing but positive experiences working this travel agency. I refer my students at UIndy to it, for help in finding their international flights. Before they sending them to it, we have looked online our own for the cost of the flight, and almost every time the prices it quotes us are significantly cheaper than those we can find on our own. From the time my students contact Christen to when they leave for their trips, she provides prompt service to them. It goes beyond just helping them book flights and extends to offering travel trips and answering many other questions they may have as they prepare their adventures as well. I am so impressed with Christens service that now, when I hear that one of my friends is traveling, I refer them to her. We have been using Greenwood travel and Ian for 8 years and running! Customer service goes a long way. We cannot begin to tell you how helpful and polite Ian has been. We give our request for a yearly vacation and he gives us the options to choose from. We have yet to have a bad experience. Absolutely wonderful, helpful, informative. The best help to plan a trip of your dreams. Loved Ian !!!! There really is not enough good things to say about my experience with Greenwood Travel and Cruise. I have never planned a trip on my own. Ian scheduled my sister and I flight, resort stay, tours even a shuttle pick up to Sheraton Resort and Spa in Maui. We had a printed itinerary before our trip.
