Absolutely horrible. I love the apartment but a million late fees that no one can explain. I have received 4 door notices saying I owe money. First 2 i paid by the date on the notice. The 3rd one had NO AMOUNT on it, and the 4th one had a total of 370+ on it. The fees keep adding even when I do pay the balances listed, and rent has yet to be late. I have been living there since February...On top of that, when I first moved in, the apartment was not clean, 2 out of 3 toilets in the house did not work, and the W/D sounds like i am washing 30 shoes in it each time I do laundry.

I have lived in a Buckingham property (Gramercy) since last August. Since that time, AC has never worked properly, no matter how many times it has been "repaired". it is now the next May. Weather has gotten warm. Air conditioning still does not work. Oh, and the heat didnt work properly, either. Some rooms were quite cold all winter. An attempt to "tune" the vents did little to nothing about the issue.

This company is awful. They bought up all the land near my house and begin work at 6 AM every day of the week including weekends. They make so much noise it is impossible to enjoy my home life. Their workers park ALL OVER my street and obstruct our neighborhood roads and STOP SIGNS. Now my property value has gone down because of this horrible company!

After numerous issues and slow response time to address or even fix these issues, I would not recommend anyone to move in to the Plaza Apartments off Pennsylvania. My experience with this company has been laughable at best.
