When notified that their projects are in violation with the Architectural guidelines and requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Ancon owners became irate refused to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, continuing to disregard the law, and Americans with disabilities. Shame on them for exposing not only themselves, but more importantly, their clients, to million dollar civil rights discrimination lawsuits.

We work regularly with Ancon and recently completed a multi-phased renovation and addition for Goshen Schools. They operate as a team enabling the subcontractors to be efficient and profitable. The end result is a project we can be proud of and the end user very satisfied. Sean Welty and Lloyd Yoder ran a great project.
