Very disappointed in this Crew Car Wash location. Myself and my family had been patrons of this company for many years while they were Mikes. I took my car through this location last week and immediately after getting out of my car noticed multiple scratches along the hood of my car. I took my car back to this location assuming the company that had treated me well for so many years would make the situation right. Needless to say, they did not make the situation right. Somehow their claims department determined that their equipment could not have possibly scratched my car based off of a couple of cell phone pictures. I will no longer take my business to this company after this situation. Just be warned, if their car wash damages your car in any way, they will pass the blame off to someone else (more than likely you).

Ive used my debt card for the manual wash and vacuum and been charged multiple times over what it says the cost was in the machine. I let it go once but, went there again. I come to find out my account has been charged more than what the machine said multiple times . Even my husband who just wanted to spray the salt off got charged $15 bc the bays didnt work according to the meter so he tried multiple bays until one worked after hitting the "cancel" button. Simply, just pay cash or go to a wash that is trustworthy. Fancy upgrades here, but you pay for it in the end + extra if you watch your account. You dont just hit "cancel" bc youll still get charged. Just pay cash.

Three weeks ago, I would have given Mikes a much better rating. Usually, the results are very good and its nice to have a place to go during the winter when its not feasible to DIY. However, last visit while in the dryer, I heard three loud "thunk" sounds. When I got out, I found deep scratches/chip on the drivers side of my car. The DRIVERS side, which I see each time I enter / exit the car, so I know they werent there before the wash. Mikes denies responsibility, and I am really surprised and disappointed. Without a doubt, I will never go there again - the convenience does not outweigh the risk.

I will start with saying I have unlimited ultimate washes on my new Lincoln Navigator, and am always very pleased with the service, the only complaint i have is the tire shine device puts on too much i feel... Because after driving i get out and the tire shine sprays up on the sides, which shows with my vehicle being pearescent white. However i have noticed that with also visiting the location on 135 as well. Nothing major just slightly annoying. But overall great washes.

Crew car wash scratched my vehicle and said that it did not happen in the car wash. I am a super clean freak and take VERY good of my vehicles. The scratch was under the passenger mirror all the way to my rear tire. The manager who I spoke with was a very nice guy, but I will not do business with or support a company who has no integrity or pride in their business. I am absolutely disgusted with crew carwash.

Very friendly and wasnt concerned about the bush bar on the front of my truck like the other crew carwash on 31 and sumner st. I had paid got ready to go in when i was stopped handed my money back and told because my truck has a bush bar i can no longer go there or take the bar off. This one will have my business from know on.

I went to a different Crew location and my car wasnt as clean as I would have expected. I came to this location for a rewash. All of the employees were extremely apologetic, and took extra time this go around. They even came out to see if I was satisfied after my wash was compete. Very pleased!

Crappy service: If there was a zero rating Id use it. I stopped in an hour ago. I paid for the ultimate service. No prewash, no presrub after telling the guy there was paint overlay on my car that needed to come off. Now I have a speckled car.

Their car was popped my rear driver side tire and they refuse to take the blame even with video surveillance showing my tire was popped. Worst experience I have ever had and I will not be going again nor would I suggest anyone else going.
