Well first off, their customer service is horrible. I went in one day looking for disney infinity 2.0 for my kids. There were 4 people behind the counter and neither of them acknowledged that I was standing right in front of them waiting for help. After literally a couple minutes went by I went to my car and came back in with my wife and kids. They still never looked up and said anything. My wife had to almost rudely ask if anyone was going to help us. One of the guys looked up with an unfriendly attitude and said what do you need. They didnt have what I was looking for, understandably. I recently interviewed there this past Friday. The managers were pretty friendly. I asked what was their ideal candidate. They told me exactly what I had written on my application, to a T. So Im like cool, maybe Ill get the job. Only problem was that I am African American. I also interviewed at the northwest side location a few months ago which was a complete waste of gas and time. They did group interviews which were terrible. Then I was called in for a second interview in which the guy said he forgot to bring whatever questions he was supposed to ask me, after I was told my application was lost. They asked questions like whats your favorite movie and favorite game. What does that have to do with me working there. Of course I didnt get that job either. Im not the guy to be like oh I didnt get the job so theyre racist but if you go into any disc replay in Indianapolis look at their staff and tell anyone what race you see behind the counters. Even on Washington Street. I have years of customer service experience and some college education but I do believe if youre African American you may get called in for an interview but no matter your skill set you will not get hired. They might as well put whites only under their now hiring signs. Even just walking through the door, the way they look at us (African Americans) it just feels awkward being in there. Id suggest going to GameStop or the Exchange if youre shopping or looking for a job. Maybe Ill make a huge whites only sign and stand outside their doors while theyre open because of how they discriminate against blacks. Of course theyll say they dont. Funny thing is that day I went in looking for that game, there was another African American in there laughing because he said they did the exact same thing to him. When I left I smacked a row of games off the shelf, that was quite childish of me but it was either that or one of the employees that wouldve been assaulted.

So yesterday I came into the store trying to sell two items one was a 12 inch iPad and the other was an apple pen came in just like any other thing went up to the front desk. So me and my friend walk up to the front desk and as were handing over my items the guy I gave them to you turns around and goes over to another employee and it that employee he is talking to instantly says this item wont go for much the price drop down couple days ago that was kind of putting so me and my friend continue to walk around look at things and from the corner of her eye we could see that one of the employees was holding my iPad up to his ear like a child acting like it was a phone like come on people have some respect for other peoples property because if that was going to break while you were doing that you would have had to pay the $800 that I spent on it so we continue going around and my friend comes up to me and is like hey if its any lower than 300 we shouldnt take it and I think they heard what she said. after like what felt to be an hour wait they call us up so we listen to what they offer which was only $200 little out of our range that we wanted to sell items the guy were talking to turns around and goes like hey guys pack it up there not taking the money and instantly the guy hes talking to turns around and its like wow these people think theyre going to get $400 for a used iPad and apple pen that just made us mad we were literally standing at the front desk 6 feet away from him honestly people who were working at this kind of store need to grow up and get some ethic because complaining about your guests in front of them will make you lose business

At first, I really liked this store. It had consoles, games, and movies from several different generations. It was nice. Then, earlier this year, my views on this store went from good to mixed. First, they wouldnt accept my PS Vita because "it was too scratched up". First off, it was *BARELY* scratched at all! It had a few minor scratches, but nothing that dipped into the system! That was ridiculous. Then, in May, they sold me a scratched-up, unplayable copy of Sonic Adventure DX. Now, hang on: they dont accept slightly worn yet perfectly functioning hardware like my PS Vita, but they accept unusable software like the game they sold me?! Thats _preposterous!_ This wasnt the first time that happened, either. The same thing happened to my father, once. Overall, this store would have five stars from me if they were more analytic of their products and were more accepting of hardware like mine. After all, this _is_ a store made for accepting and selling *USED* products!

The cheapest place I can trust. I love this place and if I knew the manager then I would shake his hand. This place has saved me 100s of dollars! I used to always go to gamestop and let them rip me off, but now I found out that disc replay is the most modestly priced business out there. Though, it may be true that other places can still be cheaper that doesnt mean they are modestly priced! For instance a pawn shop will sell some games for half the price, but that doesnt mean they all work! Also, you wont get your money back all the time if stuff doesnt work. Plus, places like pawn shops and Game Stop gives you almost nothing for the stuff you sell to them. So far I have noticed Disc Replay gives me the most for my stuff I sell to them. If they gave us ANY better of a deal they would be LOSING profit instead of gaining. God bless the genus that made this beautiful building lol! I hope to work here soon! Kudos to ALL the Disc Replays XD

I have mixed options about this store as of lately. Depending on the staff they can be super cool or mean enough to start nerdy little arguments without. Well stocked in video games other than Gamecube (whats the deal with that lol) and Blu Ray is pretty underwhelming but you can still find hidden jem from time to time. But all in all cant truely complain too much I once found the Complete Platinum Collection of Neon Genesis Evangelion in like near pefect condition for like $125 which if I had passed up would have been kicking myself later. Then a week or so later found the Complete Pefect Collection traded in needless to say someone had to have been desperate for cash to trade them see as they are impossible to find under 500 dollars. But I disgrace for anime collectors definitely check this place out
