Awesome customer service. These guys are super friendly and will always hook you up anytime a dvd is scratched or anything like that. The first time I got a movie there my date and I forgot to pay before eating our ice cream because we went back to get the free dollar rental. The guy didnt even care he had to scan our empty wrappers to check us out for the ice cream bars, one of which was already in the trash. Last night I went and another guy gave me an extra free dollar rental which he recommended (and was hilarious) apparently just because he forgot to check if a movie was in stock when we went to go look for it.
