!WASTE OF MONEY! I would say that 9 out of 10 movies that I rent from this store end up skipping about half way threw. I have purchased a new DVD player last month, thus ruling that out as a problem. This seems to be a normal occurrence, as I was in line to rent my movie two other people returned movies with the same issue. If you want to pay three times the price of Red-box and get a worse product rent from Family Video. This is the last purchase I will ever make from them again, they have ripped me off for the last time. You have been warned, take your business to a Red-box you will be better pleased.

The service is as you would expect from a video rental store. Lots of titles, the walls filled with choices. Plenty of room to wonder around and examine whats available. They usually have some current film on the monitors tempting your attention span. All of the employees have been very helpful and willing to help me find a particular film. They seem to always clean the disc before offering it to me. I think one time a disc we had rented froze up on us, I called them and they had a replacement ready in just a few minutes, I really appreciate the courteous service received at this store.

Great little video store. Staff is always nice and store is always neat and organized. They have a lot of titles and great rental deals, as well as the half off you can purchase for a month at a time. They also have those obscure movies you wouldnt think they would carry. Great place to rent movies and games.

My daughter is 11 and loves walking the aisles shopping for movies on a Friday night, Im happy these places still exist. The store in Lebanon has the friendliest staff, the are generous and kind. That keeps me a loyal customer!
