As far as movie rentals go, this is surely the best choice. They have a great text club that you can join to get discounts as well as everyday low prices on most movie rentals for a 5-night period. If something is messed up with a rental, they are happy to make it right with a replacement rental for free. There is a really good selection of movies here too, with everything from the new releases and seasons to the old classic films and so many others Id never heard of before. Half off all rentals for the first month on a new account and late fees are the same as a renewal. Love the customer service.

They are incompetent idiots thinking that i would keep their videos. If i dont return videos my wife would let me hear it til the cows came home. You would think that after being a regular customer they would know them better than this....i didnt keep any videos at all. Its all good though bc were glad to be rid of these idiots. They need new stuff in as theyre outdated. Wouldnt hurt my feelings if they went out of business. They suck anyway!!

WEAK selection. Do yourself a favor and drive another mile to Video Culture. At least there they know more about movies. I asked about Kurosawa films at Family Video and they offered me Jackie Chan :( One of the movies i did rent skipped badly and they looked at me like I was lying when I returned it. How this chain is still in business I dunno.

Ive passed by this place a lot...but then the other video store in town closed so we started going here...love it! wish we had stopped by sooner. They have a free video rack for the kids...lots of older movies and of course the new stuff...plus they have 1/2 price specials and free specials...always had friendly service there.

I got here 20 mins before opening and waited till 10 I was supprised to see that the man opening got here 20 mins early and came outside to the parking lot and swept every inch of it. Also was very polite and was a great help. NO MORE REDBOX FOR ME ! Family video is an amazing place to rent

I love this movie store! The employees are always nice and helpful. They have free movies for my kids! And plenty of movies for 2 for a dollar. Cheaper than red box and someone to talk to about a problem instead of a automated person. I am anti red box. Love family video

Not the worst for movies. Game section very limited. Also the two games I figured I would try required I put down a 20 dollar deposit on each. Im a college student, not going to fork a 40 dollar deposit plus rental fees to play a video game for two nights....

Great, rare video store. Its fun to be able to go out and browse for movies occasionally like we used to. They have a nice selection of new and old movies as well as games. Good prices and snacks. This place stays steadily busy so hopefully it sticks around.
