I saw a picture of some rare games that this store had recently gotten in stock and posted on their Facebook page. This picture was posted five days ago, and I am about an hour away from their location, so I figured I would give them a call to see if they still had the 6 games I wanted. I called the store and spoke with a guy that was nothing but rude and tried to rush me off the phone from the get go. I asked him if he could look to see if he had the games I was looking for, and his response was "I typically dont do that, but I can look and see if we have ONE game." He then told me he had customers. Its understandable that you would have customers in front of you....and if thats the case....offer to put me on hold until you are done with them. Pretty simple, and you would not have lost out on several hundred dollars in sales. That would not have pissed me off. What pissed me off was your COMPLETE lack of willingness to work with me and answer a simple question. Should not have taken you more than 2 mins to get me the answer I was looking for so that I didnt waste an hour drive in the event that the games had already sold. But now, ill just contribute to garbage businesses like this going under. Ill buy on Ebay. People think that the difficult business environment is what causes these stores to go under...and sure, thats a part of it, but there are so many simple things you can do to make people WANT to visit your store. Learning how to interact with people is one of those simple things. Learn how to do it, or I will look forward to driving by to see a FOR RENT sign in the window sometime in the next few years.

I have been playing Magic for about 3 years now, and have met a lot of people playing at a lot of stores in the area. This place is by far my favorite place to come and play games. The people here are awesome, and everyone here just loves to have a great time playing games. Although there are some who do like to be competitive, at the end of the night, everyone is here to have a good time, and thats what I absolutely love about this place. Mike and James do a wonderful job of hosting events. James has done an excellent job of running FNM, while also handling D&D and judging. He certainly has a passion for the store and the community that has grown there. (This is CatMan by the way)

They have a crappier selection of games than M&Ms conveniently located right down the street from them. A large selection of movies and Blurays though. Extremely rude service. Went in there with the intention of buying a overpriced game for 70 bucks, and the guy behind the counter acted like me and a buddy were just wasting his time. We were wasting his time according to him by asking the price of his games. We had to wait while he searched ebay to ask for top dollar prices. It wasnt our fault we couldnt just get prices. He then said if we didnt buy them, someone else would. If you are too good for your customers, you dont deserve any. I just ordered the game for cheaper online.

Amazing store!! It has been a LONG time since I have found a store this amazing! They sell movies AND gaming supplies?!?! The MTG stock is incredible! And not to mention the one side dedicated to gaming. This store brought back so many memories for me, growing up as a gamer. And!!! They can print custom t-shirts!! Seriously!!! The owner and staff couldnt be more helpful and just so kind and inviting. Truly good people and truly an amazing place. This weekend was my first visit but due to their kindness and awesomeness, I will certainly now be a customer for life.

I found that some of the games were OUTRAGEOUSLY over priced, while others were right within the range they should be. The guys there seemed to know what they were doing, but what I loved best was the back room where people met and played together. Its so rare to find a place where people can just sit and geek out together. Would definitely recommend this place if youre into strategy card games or playing games with others!

Definitely a go-to place if youre not the biggest fan of other gaming retailers. A real good place to sell your games, movies and Funko Pops. Clean layout, a wide variety of content for everyone to enjoy and the employees are very attentive. I recently sold several Funko Pops to them for a very agreeable price so you know youll get better value over places like Gamestop. I say give them a shot. Did I mention they also rent?

These guys are awesome. Bought a Sega Saturn that was very affordable and still works like a champ. Purchased alot of high end Saturn games, they were competitive with online stores and were in MINT condition. Very impressed. Has a good selection as well. You guys just need to get some more Saturn games in since I have purchased most of them lol. My favorite retro game store in the area.

Sold some movies here. Was cool place, lots of collectibles if your into bobble heads as they have an awesome collection of them. A lot of new and old movies, great place for games, game systems and gear. They do have everything from retro to newer as well as a new release board. Seem like they stay pretty current with things. Overall a good experience. I will most likely return.

I found this place as a fluke search and boy am I glad I did I thought I just found a movie store I didnt realize they also rented movies too! talk about a gem so glad theres an alternative to redbox and Netflix and they have a great selection! As soon as we walked in we where greeted and everything was very pleasant we will be doing a lot of business here thats for sure!

All around wonderful store. The video selection is great and its nice to be remembered by the staff when you come to rent. Also the game room is always going with MTG or table top games. Even video game gatherings. Great crowds there for all ages. So, videos, board games, video games, Magic the Gathering... All in one awesome stop. Thanks Mike and James.

It makes me laugh when other local stores and their dedicated customers troll store reviews, just shows their passion and commitment for their store, which I can appreciate, but smile at their attempts to ruin the overall community.

This is one of the last places Ive seen that still actually has movie rentals. They also have a lot of movies for sale, which is good especially since Movie Stop closed its doors, weve been searching for a place ever since and Im glad we found this.
