LIARS and SCAMMERS!! The last few times I have been in this location I have been told my NEW release movie was due back MUCH later than when it is ACTUALLY due!! I then called later to ask if the information I received on the time my rentals are due is correct- only to be told it was incorrect. I have even been LIED to by the manager!! I called corporate to talk to the district manager and they NEVER returned my calls!! So... they LIE to you about your return times so they can CHARGE you for late fees!! They even know they do this- or why would the district manager never call me back?? Go to REDBOX... SOOO much better than these scammers!!!

Okay. So last time I went here they forgot to take the security things off the movies so I was unable to watch them and had rented them for 5 days. So against my better judgement I decided to try it again. went to go get a game. Turns out the game doesnt work it wasnt cleaned right so now Im out even more money. If you live in Greenwood and are thinking about going here. Dont. Go to Redbox or get Netflix. And the cashier thinks its funny to tell everyone happy New Year when it is April. Maybe if he wasnt so concerned about telling people happy New Year hed actually do his job right.

Drove 6 miles one way to rent a game from this place. I give her the game case up front so she can put the actual disc in the case. The game I was renting was for xbox 360. So I get home to play the game and she put a playstation disc in it. WTF. I didnt drive 12 miles to get screwed. And of course by the time I get home and realize this they are closed. Absolute horrible service.

Rude staff, rented a scratched cd dropped in the drop box for returns, then walked inside to let them know she then gave me the third act in front of other customers for not walking it inside and handing it to her, did not even get a refund. Emailed main office got no response or refund from them. Avoid this place.

Very poor selection of movies.....all mostly crap. Theres also an X-rated section and shouldnt be. This store has extremely poor lighting, its almost dark in there at all times, and it smells badly. Go anywhere else. And yes, the staff is rude.

Customer service is fairly weak. They advertised a New Release this week, but only had one DVD copy which wasnt available. I was told my membership expired and was charged $10 with no explanation.

Plenty of new release rentals. Lots of other genres and games. I rather use Redbox for 1 night rentals because you can return the movie at a different kiosk.

Its a nice clean Video store friendly service and you can usually get the new releases within the week it comes out.
