I came to Eric through mutual friends. He had come highly recommended and I was a first time home buyer. I was looking at over priced apartments and so tired of throwing money away at rent. I met with Eric many times and he connected with me on a personal level. It was very easy to see he was great at finding out what I would need in a home and understanding what I could spend. I never felt like Eric put any pressure on me to buy a home. He only was there for help and guidance through many many showings. I learned so much working with Eric, and feel I received the best first time buying experience anyone could ask for. One of Eric specialties is that he understands in depth the foreclosure and bank owned properties. This is really a great advantage to people that want to capitalize on a "fixer upper". Eric was also great at not just telling you the value in a property but showing you. He often used past sales info and similar properties close by to give you an idea for what you will be investing in. I have since been able to recommend him to many of my friends and had the same response from them. Everyone always says he is never to busy for them and will work with them until they are 110% happy with a decision. What says the most is know thing I have set myself up for success in have a great equity position from the day I closed until the day I call Eric up to help me sell and find my next investment!

I just want to say Thank you to the entire Indy Home Pros Team!!! I recently inherited a few different properties that I had no use for. I consulted with 3 different Real Estate Brokers before I finally came across Dennis and his Indy Home Pros team. They are the only ones around that if they cant sell your home within a certain amount of time, they buy it from you. That, and with me being physically disabled, the whole team got together and made it all super easy for me and actually came to me so that I didnt have to get out. To top it all off, Dennis and his team, including Suzanne and Mike Carter, got all 3 of my properties sold at 30% above current market value. So, when people treat me that good, I have no problem paying them the percentages we agreed upon from the get go. I still came out ahead of what I anticipated on getting for them. Talk about a knowledgable, professional team at Indy Home Pros. They didnt treat me like a number, or use the car salesman mentality. Very good listeners and very sympathetic to others needs. Nobody else would have gotten done what they got done for me in a really quick amount of time and took all of it off my shoulders. I cant thank them enough!! Where do I even begin? From the moment that my husband and I first met Josh Latham, we were at ease. This man is a man of grit, hard work, excellent communication, sincerity, compassion and a true love for what he does. My home buying experience was surprisingly simple and pleasant. Working with Gwen was great, most of the homes I looked at were 20-30 miles out side of town and she had NO problem meeting me several times. Gwen also made it easy for me to view these homes in the evening and on the weekends due to my long hours at work. Gwen made it so simple that when I first meet her I told her what I was looking for and within a few days she had found 2-3 properties that had meet or exceeded my needs. Carol did not MEET our expectations, she FAR EXCEEDED them. This was an estates sale for an out of town owner to be facilitated by a local lawyer. The Indpls. lawyer was inattentive and incompetent, usually simultaneously, to the point of even being chastised by the seller. Still, through all of the trials and tribulations, Carol remained focused and calm. She rebounded and redirected at every obstacle – virtually running the WHOLE SHOW from BOTH sides of the table. I had others counsel us that since it was a cash-purchase, we didn’t need representation. SO UNTRUE. This would have been a compounded fiasco without her. Our ReMax cost was money very well spent. So; thanks to you and ReMax, but most of all, to Carol Holden.
