This company is a complete waste of time. Not once, but twice (at two different locations) they have called and given me some hoopla about how wonderfully qualified I am and how many jobs they have available that I would be a "perfect" match for. Repeatedly I have heard that my references were excellent, my scores in the 90 percentile and that I interview well. The only time I have received calls from the west side Office Team was regarding positions that were over an hour away and in the only location that I informed them that I was unable to work (because the ENTIRE city of Indianapolis lies between my home and that area). I had another Office Team staffer call 5 or 6 times asking if Id be interested in such and such position and then I never heard back. The last time I was in (at the downtown office) they informed me that the "other half" of the team (the person actually responsible for filling jobs) was out of the office on personal time and I would hear from them any day...that was over a month ago and despite emailing, I have heard nothing. It would be nice to find a staffing agency that did not treat the down-on-their-luck unemployed like cattle, but human beings that are trying their hardest to find work; sadly, this one isnt it.

OfficeTeam helped me find a job immediately when I moved to Indianapolis with Indiana University! I worked for them for 4 months before being hired on full time at IU. Couldnt be happier with how quick the turnaround was from when I first contacted them to them placing me in a job that I love! I even turned down one job that I wasnt interested in, and they came back the next day with a better offer. Pay was low when I worked for them, but it was reasonable and well above minimum. Only complaint is they always try to call you when they know that youre at work. Overall, very helpful and will definitely recommend to others! Thanks OfficeTeam!

I had no problem finding work through Office Team. The problem was they matched my up with a company that illegally billed the Medicare and Medicaid system and that was fraudulent in just about every aspect of business. They would not then place me in a new position once I brought my very valid concerns to them. I think that before they place the temps/temp to hires they need to better research the companies that they are sending their employees to.

They are amazing. With-in two days of interviewing with them they place me with different temporary positions until a permanent position was available. They understood that I was not from Indianapolis and getting around was difficult. I would call them when I would get lost and they patiently help me get to my destination. Now I have a full time job where I am happy and its all thanks to Office Team.

Ive had a great expeerience with OfficeTeam (Robert Half). They were always accessible, they found me potential jobs quickly (better than the other temp agency I used, that got me one interview and then I never heard from them again), and they were always friendly and approachable. Ive really appreciated their help and hard work! I would definitely recommend them.

The staff will not return my phone calls and voicemails also one of them, tells the reception, she is busy every time, I call.
