100 miles from home on a Sunday our car shut down. Had it towed to Automotive Specialists in Kokomo. Not knowing anything about this garage we were really concerned. When the wrecker dropped our Honda off, a lady came up to see what I needed. She was the owners daughter. Chances of that are slim for her to be there. She made us feel right at home and took us inside to give her our information. Larry (the owner) called me Tuesday (Monday was labor day), and he also made us feel like they would take good care of us. Long story short, I received a up date call every day, either from Larry or Joey as to what was wrong and what was needed to move forward with a fix, and price. I felt like they treated me like our car was theirs as it was fix. I would recommend this Christian shop to anyone. Thanks to this family owned business we are back on the road. Thanks to Jennifer, Larry, and Joey.

Great place to get my car worked on. They got me in quick and didnt try to sell me a bunch of work that I didnt need. As a woman Ive experienced many mechanics trying to tell me I needed work that I really didnt really need or charge me to do the same job at least twice. The mechanics at Automotive Specialist told me what I needed and gave me a fair price to fix my car. And when I went to pick up my car, they showed me the parts that they replaced on my car and showed me what the problem was. These guys are awesome!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place. The employees are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have taken my vehicles there for years and they have NEVER tried to sell me something I didnt need and have always had the BEST prices in all of Howard county. Last but most definitely not least, is that they treat me FAIR and not condescendingly like some other place treat women. Thank you.

Would give 0 stars if possible because 0 work was done. I called 5 days in advance and made an appointment and they cancelled on me at the last minute when I had already arrived at the shop after changing my plans to fit their schedule! Not a good way to run a business. Used to be a great shop, not sure what happened!
