They Suck And Are Very Very Rude And They Never Never Get The Job Done Right At All!!!! Also,If You Are Waiting In Line At The Emissions Place & You Block Their Driveway,They Come Out Cussing You & Calling The Cops On Everyone Who Does Block Their Stupid Lazy Ass Bussiness!!!! They Have Nothing Better To Do Than Cause Trouble & Call The Cops!!!! They Should Have Went & Got a Job On The Police Force,Since They Like Calling Them So Much!!!!!! I Would Rate This Place Way Way Below A One Star!!!!!! Its The Worst Place In Town To Do Bussiness With!!!!!! Very Very Rude People!!!!

I offered to buy the part to fix my car to pass emissions. Was told they dont use other peoples parts. They worked on my car and when I went to pick it up i saw the receipt from where they bought the part from autozone where I was going to buy it anyway. They paid $23 for the part that I would have paid 29.99 for to begin with. They charged me $58!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!

My car broke down while passing through Lebanon, TN and I was towed to this shop for repairs. I didnt know the area so I didnt know what to expect, but the guys at Pro Care really took care of my car and were extremely nice and trustworthy. They got me back on the road that same day at very little cost. Highly recommended!
