IT WAS VERY BAD... THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO REBUILD MY TRANSMISSION. THEY SAID THERE WAS METAL SHAVINGS IN THE FLUID. I TOOK THEM AT THEIR WORD. THEY REBUILT IT, I PICKED UP AND NOTHING HAD CHANGED, 20MPH UP A HILL AND 45MPH DOWN AND THAT WAS THE TOP SPEED. THE COST WAS $984 PLUS TOWING $50 AND CAR RENTAL $107. THAN THEY CAME UP WITH,"THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG, IT WAS THE THE CATALIC CONVERTER NOT THE TRANSMISSION AND THEY DONT DO EXHAUST WORK". I TOLD THEM I HAD A CHECK ENG. LITE, WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN, THEY DIDNT PUT THE CAR ON THEIR BRAND NEW DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE. WHY THE HELL DO THEY HAVE IT? IT HAS BEEN A VERY COSTLY LESSON

I tried to get my Isuzu Rodeos transmission worked on here before. His exact words were " I dont work on Isuzus, you cant get the parts" Strange, an Isuzu was built in the US, on a Chevrolet assembly line using a GM transmission. I asked if I brought in a Chevy S10 would he repair that one? He said sure. I guess what Im getting at is you should always (as a business owner) attempt to identify your parts/problem before shooting someone down. I took it to Bluegrass transmissions in Bowling Green and they replaced the fluid pump that was going out. (GM part was in stock) and vehicle was running good again with a few hours.

Horrible Experience, they forgot to put the cap back on my oil after changing my oil and permanently ruined my engine, and left a shop rag under the hood, had to chunk the car, when I approached them about it the owner said he worked on the car and was belligerant with me saying he could not have possibly done that. Nobody opened the hood or touched my car since they changed my oil so they were responsible. He was rude to me instead of compassionate with me as a means to not accept liability.

HORRIBLE!!! So far they have had my vehicle for four MONTHS and it is still not repaired!!! Every time I have called no one seems to know what is going on! Avoid this business at all costs!
