I called in and was told I could use my own oil but would have to buy filter from them. I was ok with that. I called to check availability today but now the price has went up to 89.00. I explained I was using my own oil and I was informed it was against Firestone policy. I then explained the price was way over what my selling dealer (Ray Skillman Chevrolet) charged. I then asked if they would price match and was told they did not do that. Can someone please let me know what is company policy and educate the staff at this location ? I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

Went in to have 4 brakes and rotors replaced on a 7 year old domestic sedan. A manager named Jeff said it would be $1000 and after I freaked out and he realized that I know a little about cars, he offered to price match other shops. I told him to take my car down immediately. Went to Car-X and had all 4 brakes and rotors replaced for $400. Either Bridgestone Retail Operations encourages this type of gouging or turns a blind eye to it. Either way, BRSO needs more decent and competent leadership. You cant do stuff like this in the era of social media and expect to last.

Went in to try and get them to look at some tires they installed (now leaking air). I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel Ferguson the Manager of Tire Sales. She went on and on about they were going to charge for this and that regardless of the fact I had bought into what lifetime alignment ect they were selling me when I bought the tires. This was at 8am before work and I just went along with it. That is until she said it would be completed close to 7pm. 10-11 hours for them to fix a past mistake (on my dime). Buy your tires elsewhere.

Went in today to get my oil changed at 5:30pm I waited on it and the manager thought the time I waited was too long, so he comped my oil change! Said I might want to think about new tires sometime in the future, but no pressure and suggested replacements. We usually take our cars here for routine things and they are always friendly and efficient.

Honest and accommodating multiple times. This branch changed at flat time for me at closing for free. I had them do a check on my vehicle today. There is a rear differential problem which they are not equipped to fix. They dropped me off at work and picked me back up. they did not charge me a penny!!!! These guys are great!!!

Had an appointment for an oil change at 3. Got here a little early, around 2:40. They didnt start working on the car until 3:30 or later. My husband and I hadnt left until 4:40. This is ridiculous and i will certainly be taking my business to a different store, if not a different company entirely.

4 new Firestone Transforce AT2s, smoother riding than my old Continentals. Had an overall good experience at this location. The warehouse screwed up and sent the wrong tires initially, but they gave me 100 off the price and a free oil change, so that made up for it.

Wasted my time, refused to reveal Check Engine Code despite having had it for an extended duration, tried to run up the bill, AND tried to belittle me as a customer. They dont deserve a single dime for the "diagnostic" they performed and for wasting so much of my time.
