Was nervous to switch Meinekes, just moved to indianapolis area and I figured Id make the trip to Plainfield instead of one within the city. Very impressed, the man at behind the counter (red beard, early 30 Im guessing) was very nice. Didnt pressure me into doing more to my car then what I wanted. The macanic who looked at my car talked to me-was the same. Nice, told me what Id need to look into later on but no push and shove. Also, at check out didnt have a coupon and to thank me for "being a good sport" they gave me one. They gave me a print out of what Id need to look into later with prices, told me I could get cheaper parts-this was just a simple parts look out. This is my new Meineke location! Appreciate the work and friendliness guys!

Shame on you!! We purchased a Groupon and brought our van in to be serviced before a long road trip to FL. We requested several times to make sure that the van was in good condition to make the trip. Before we even left the house, we peaked under the hood only to see that ALL fluids were low and/or empty! They were supposed to be topped off during service! Did they even change the oil? These scammers probably didnt! Not to mention they rotated the tires so horribly that they left us with a very dangerous and shakey ride thru the night until we were able to stop and get them inspected/replaced by a more competent and trustworthy company. DO NOT bring your car here, well, unless you like to be screwed over and put in harms way!

They were able to fit me in the same day. They were concerned they might need to replace my serpentine belt based on the car symptoms, but in the final analysis only needed to do some tensioner tightening and Freon replacement to get me running well again. They did not push me to replace things that were not broken and their prices were very reasonable. One of the best interactions Ive had with mechanics.

Called before i went in and asked if i needed to schedule the guy told me NO. I arrived to the establishment and he was "booked" for the day. So i drove from Martinsville for nothing. Thanks a lot you all are as reliable as a sick horse..

These guys are awesome! They were so helpful and fixed my problem right away. I had gone to another Meineke and they had done something incorrect. I went to these guys and they worked on it until it was fixed. Amazing customer service!

Be careful what you are into, this place will rip you till your last penny. overpriced parts. Ive burn $400+ just to see how they handle business, But they are not worthy.
