Went to autozone in mooresville to exchange a bad battery i had purchased there less than 2 years ago. I had a 36 month warranty on the battery and the woman who waited on me was very, very, very rude. She treated me very badly hardly helped me, told me she couldnt change my battery because she didnt have enough help. But upon further checking there were 3 guys behind the counter leaning against some shelves talking. I have never been treated as badly by anyone as she treated me. She wasnt just a bitc- she was a CUN-.

Went into Autozone to find out the warranty period on my Duralast Professional car battery dated 8/11. Failure of the Duralast brand to not DuraLast 3 years and the AutoZones staff laziness to provide any level of customer service sent me to a competitor to purchase another battery. I understand the repair facility who installed the battery would have to warranty the battery, but a simple answer if the battery was in or out of warranty seemed beyond their effort.

This is by far the best parts store around and the customer service here is 2nd to none. David and clay are very knowledgeable and experienced and will do whatever it takes to get the part you need.
