I rented 6 movies a week back. 2 new releases that were due back by Friday last week, and 4 movies that were due back Tuesday. I had to leave in a hurry to Kentucky for a funeral. I wasnt able to make it to family video before hand as I was just told my great grandma died I went straight there not even thinking about it. Got back today, called them, asked how much late fees are as I am a new member and had no clue. Only for them to tell me I have incurred $50 in late fees. $50?!?! Which comes at the worst possible time of just having a newborn baby, my truck being totaled, the car I am borrowings windshield being cracked, and already struggling more than ever with money. Worst part havent even gotten to view the movies. But I cannot afford anymore late fees so guess that was a complete waste of my time and money. Never renting from family video ever again.
