We have been going here for about 8+ years, was a frequent renter, would get the half off every month, my kids would rent games we would rent new releases every day, have never kept a game or movie without paying the late fees, went in today and was renting the Madden 18, and Agent of mahem, they each cost $60 new, Heather told me there was a $20 deposit on the Maddengame because it cost $120 I told her to void it out, they make enough off me to penalize me to make up for the Pos who keep the games, they lost my money I will not be going back.

Went in today to get a movie cleaned and the assistant store manager was absolutely AMAZING. So very helpful and genuinely sincere. Ill definitely be going back! Also, the disc I thought was damaged beyond repair, is now literally flawless. So grateful!
