I have rented from here many times and while the people there are very nice and very helpful the quality of the movies is what bothers me. A lot of the movies I have gotten wont work for some reason whether it be they have scratches or they are dirty I am not happy about it. I dont want people to not go there because they are really helpful in helping you and doing whatever need be to make their customers happy. I just wish they would do a little more in keeping their movies in better working condition.

This place sucks. Just rented something and it was so scratched it wouldnt play and they didnt give me my money back. They gave me store credit to rent something else but I couldnt find anything else to rent because their selection sucks just as bad as their customer service. Never going again. Yall suck.

One of my good friends worked here for three years and absolutely loved it. The customers are always cordial and the staff are always very courteous. Their selection is always very up to date and in stock. I highly recommend this location for physical media rentals and purchases.

Nostalgia. Sure we have Google play. But how cool is it to take the kids to a video store, and let them share that experience. Movies rotate as Hollywood releases, good selection of modern and new releases. Doors are rough on wheelchair customers but accessible

Family Video is the last of a dying breed - the local video store. However, they definitely rise to the occasion. Theres always a great deal on rentals, a good selection to choose from and plenty of movies in stock.

Brittany you might want to see if it aint your dvd player because I rent from them on daily basis and have never any problem unless you a crack head and you getting redbox movies messed up with this place ha ha

Rarely doesnt have new releases. Staff check each blu-ray and DVD for damage before letting you leave.
