Went in there today for the first time. The employee was very friendly fast and high positive attitude. I could search movies and he knew exactly what they were and knew how to spell them. He was very clear about the membership and video rental rules. I wish more places had this great customer service.

This is a rare gem thats still my preference for movies in todays world of Redbox and online movie streaming. Very friendly staff, very good selection, and discount deals (totally free Kids movies, 2/$1.00 movies, just to name a couple) make this a place that I visit at least a few times every month.
