Terrible customer service, the lady cutting my hair kept shaming me for having spit ends (that was why I was getting a haircut), she didnt even ask if I wanted my hair washed, and began cutting it DRY, didnt spray it down with a spray bottle, and then used an old dull pair of scissors with the paint chipped off of them. I got my bangs cut differently and she didnt even bother to style them, and then tried to sell me a product that would prevent split ends by gilt tripping me for leaving her with such a mess to cut and telling me that my current shampoo wasnt good enough. Rude, pushy, and using poorly maintained tools will garment I dont go back.

The stylist was nice and all but I feel like she ignored what I said. I said I wanted my bangs eyebrow level when it dries, since they cut it wet and hair shrinks when it dries. Now I have bangs that dont even cover my forehead better yet touch my eyebrows. Highly unsatisfied.The rest of it does look decent though.

Literally the worst experience ever. Just asked for a bang trim and the girl literally cut all of my bangs making them super short. Yes they are cheap but they dont listen to their customers. Will NEVER be coming back...Only gave it one star because it wouldnt let me post otherwise.

I like the notes on individual accounts. The salon is always clean, they have the lowest prices, and online check-in saves time. If you need a trim stop in. If you love your hair and need/want something specific you may want to schedule with your regular stylist.
