I took my nieces to get their dead ends cut and it was a Nightmare!!!! My youngest niece hair is long thick and curly so of course its hard as hell to comb out on a good day but anyways when the lady saw that she decided to tell my niece to comb it out herself!!! 1st this is a service I am paying for 2nd this is yr job daily 3rd why did u not offer a service to make the process easier for both client and hair dresser!!!! Then when it was complained about to a manager who was also involved in the whole thing she stated " well I didnt offer to shampoo or condition it because it was gonna be another $5 fee!!!!!!!" REALLY I cant believe she said it like it was $100 or something. So needless to say I wont ever be going back again!!!!!!!!!! If this is something u do for a profession then u need to act like it!!!!!!!

Have been going here for a while. Last time I went almost pushed me over the edge but decided to give one more chance today. Wish I would have just listened to my gut. Now I am going to have to go out of town to have my sons hair fixed because it was gapped up so bad and I will not let him walk around like that. My advise is if you HAVE to use this place DO NOT use the only guy working In there!

They can get you in quick and are really nice, but its a gamble on whether your hair will be cut to your liking. Out of five times of going here, It was only styled right twice. You might get a really good hair dresser, or someone who rushes to cut your hair the way they want to get you out of their face. Its a gamble. Nice business. Just being honest about about the quality of hair cuts here.

Depends on who you get on whether you get hair styled how you want or not. It even says in computer what I want and I will explain it to a puzzled look. The last 2 times its been how they think it should go. Please listen to your customers!
