FILED WITH THE BBB AND RAM CUSTOMER CARE I went to the dealership with en exact description of the truck that I wanted on another dealers lot. In case that was not available, we built one online to use as reference. Ed ended up locating another truck in Ohio. All he told me was that he found the truck and would have it delivered. After the sale, when he gave me the keys, I noticed the Fob did not have remote start. He said that is no big deal and they would install it at no charge, if I pay for the parts. The next morning, I went over the sticker. Other items not included were upgraded audio, Heated seats and steering wheel, and engine block heater. All of these are items that I requested and was not informed of them not being included. The MSRP on this truck is actually higher than the truck that I built online with all of the features I requested. The following day I emailed Ed and requested that they swap the audio and remote start from my trade in and I would buy parts for the other missing options so that they did not have to foot the bill for the mistake. I got no reply. I have forwarded that request two times since then over the past week and a half. no reply other than one time he emailed that he must have deleted it accidentally. I forwarded it again, but no reply. Today I called to report a chip in the paint that had been touched up and polished. it blew off in the car wash. Again, no reply. As part of the deal, I had them tint the windows also. I have to take that back in to be redone also. There is dirt under the tint. I would like for Gaddis to work out the details with a dealer closer to me to have the requested options installed and the paint chip fixed correctly as it should have been done before delivery. If they would have found the truck I wanted or simply informed me that they could not, we would not be in this situation. I could have ordered from the factory and even saved a bit. Bottom line is, this truck is a big investment and I do not think it is unrealistic to expect. a dealer to find what i request.

I dropped my Jeep Wrangler off, because it was having electrical issues. Called 5 days later to check on it, they said they started it 1000 times with no issues, I asked about the windows not rolling down, they said no issues, and I listed everything going else electrical, they said no issues. Told me I could come pick it up. My wife goes up to get it, and they tell her it needs a tune up, and the radiator is leaking. She said why did you tell my husband there was nothing wrong and we could pick it up. They got extremely rude with her. So she took it, to another Jeep Dealership to have all that fixed. Oh by the way, the windows still dont roll down, the chimes dont make any sound when you open the door, and the horn doesnt work, but my electrical was ok by their engineers at Gaddis Chrysler. They are a complete joke, with horrible customer service..... dont go to them, go any place other than them.

Outstanding customer service! I have always chosen Gaddis for my service/car needs and will continue to do so. The service department has always treated me so well, they offer to drive me home/work when my car is being serviced and the manager even stays until 5:30 so I am able to pick my car up AFTER work and ask any questions that I may have about the work I had done! When I purchased my car from Gaddis the finance manager, salesman, and Steve Gaddis were all extremely helpful and kind and continued to be that way many months down the road. Its a family business so once you purchase a car youre always treated as "family" which is something thats hard to come across in todays world! If you are looking for great service with a great smile (not to mention gooood looking cars!) Gaddis is definitely the place for you!

I just recently purchased a car from these guys and the experience was great. Matt took the time to answer my questions about a particular car before I made the hour drive down. They had the car ready for me to test drive and didnt keep me waiting unnecessarily as was the case at several other lots. I drove the car, made an offer and bought the car all in the same afternoon. They didnt try to force me into something I couldnt afford, question why I dont want to spend more or push a lease on me. Overall straight shooters. No upsells when I picked up the car either. I had a great experience and would recommend going to see Matt if they have something you might be interested in on the lot!

Called Gaddis about a vehicle they had on the lot, let them know I was ready to purchase and had funds to put down. It was close to closing so was told by Matt that he would call me the next day. Didnt hear from Matt for several hours the next day, texted him and he finally replied and said they were looking for a car that would fit my budget a bit better. He said he would get back to me. Never heard back. Went to another dealer in New Castle and purchased a $45k vehicle with no hassle. Disappointed.

Service Department Great, I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler with 109,000 miles. A valve job and several repairs and tune up was needed as my car was in poor condition. Not only did they repair every thing to like new condition, they completed it below their estimate. In my 60 years I have never had a car dealership be so cost competitive in repairs. I would highly recommend this service department for any repairs. Tom Clendening

Normally, I prefer buying cars at bigger cities, feels like have larger selections of car, and better prices. However, the experience with Jordan at this dealership is totally changed my perceptions. All the staff are very nice and helpful, esp. Jordan. He is knowledgeable about the car, genuine, patience, and approachable. His sense of humor makes the experience enjoyable too. Highly recommend to car purchase.

Asked to be notified when the new Chrysler Pacifica arrived on their lot - we never received a call. Sales guy couldnt answer any questions about accessories (fog lights, roof rack); wouldnt allow an extended test drive (needed to test headlights for low-vision and partial night-blindness); didnt know anything about the vehicle. Ended up buying a Honda Odyssey since Gaddis didnt want our business.
