Not a satisfied customer at all! I had my car worked on by this company and was told the price would not change. I was told that to put the heater core in it would cost $279.50. When i dropped the car off, I asked if it would change any at all for any reason and was told the only way it would change is if hoses and fluid would need to be replaced. My husband also asked when he called if that was the total price for everything. Now that we are picking up the car, the price has went up over $100. This increase we were told is because the price of $279.50 did not include the price of the core. And I feel like me and my husband are being called lairs because the guy we spoke with said that he told us that the $279.50 did not include the price of the core. I could understand if only one of us remembered him saying that; but we both remember hearing this. This is not very good business practices. When we called back to question again about this we were told that he would give us the part at the cost value. We were not expecting to cover more than what was originally was told. And because of this we will not be coming back to this company for any of our car needs.

While I attended BSU, I went to Rick for all my vehicle needs. He was very honest with me, taking me into the shop to show me repairs needed each time. I could even call him to describe my problem and ask whether I needed to get it checked out right away, or if it could wait. Once, I simply needed power steering fluid, and he filled my chamber between classes at no cost. I was not surprised when I found out he works on all the Muncie police cars. He does good work at an honest price (oil changes for $20), and gives you options. His service is one of the only things I miss about Muncie.

The mechanics there are very good at what they do. Very honest. The mechanic there Jeff works on most of the city cop cars there and they love him. Reasonable prices. Will work with you. Been going there for 12 years now.

They said they wouldnt charge for the time they spent looking for the fuel pump for my car (the GM specified part did not connect, im told :O!?!). In the end they charged me for it anyway.

Dont take ur car here trust me they will do something worse to it so u will have to take it back and spend more money also never buy a car from there they are all junk.
