The Muncie Spherion Staffing office has been a great help to me. I am a self paying college student and working one job has just not been able to cut all my expenses over the past two years. and Spherion has been helpful in setting me up with employers and jobs that I could pick up hours with and even the possibility of permanent placement. they are respectful, prompt, hard working and good with communication. of the 7 or so temp agencies here in muncie, the are DEFINANTLY one of the top 3. I wanted to personally thank Ms.Angie, as she has been more than helpful and just overall great over the past year, she has landed me with two assignments both of which turned out great, I honestly would have struggled without the help spherion has provided me.

I applied to Spherion in response to a Forklift Position. 15 Minutes after signing up, they called me to say that there was an assembly job opening that needed to be filled until the fork lift certification class. Granted it was a minimum wage job, but in a week I moved up to the fork lift position. Spherions Agency help me get on the path that is right for me. They did not lie to me or promise me a job that I did not get. Spherion made good contact with the company I was working for to resolve any pay issues. If you are frustrated with companies not contacting you after the interview or they just give you the run-around, then I would definitely call Spherion. They can help you get on the right track.

Good company they helped me and my son find employment. Spherion goes up and beyond for their employees. I had a issue with my check and they was on it got it fixed that day and also gave me a $20 gas card. I would highly recommend giving them a try if u need employment!!!!
