I am from out of town and staying in Jeffersonville and drove 20 minutes to go here. I have never visited a Chick Fil A that was dirty, unfriendly and not customer focused, until now. Employees were more concerned about giggling with each other than taking care of customers. The restaurant was dirty, outdated and bathroom not cleaned. Heard employees arguing about something not being their fault behind the counter. No smiles from staff or politeness. Hope this was just a bad day because I love Chick Fil A and the ones in Columbus, Ohio and Louisville, Ky are all outstanding.

Really? Out of lettuce?? How can you run out of lettuce? If you dont order enough then go to the store and buy it! Dont tell your customers "Sorry we are out of lettuce." I even told the manager and he said sorry were out. So one of the 4 of us didnt get to eat dinner. I think it is time for new management at this location.... Just very poor service and NOT what you expect from chick fila. For a company that prides themselves on customer service you failed today.

Ate here earlier today and it was fantastic! Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious and their customer service is top notch. Even after I was done I had to walk a few blocks to get my truck from the shop, and one of the employees was nice enough to lend me an umbrella so I could get it! Will definitely return to this store. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Noisy wayy over crowded. Not really their fault. But I ordered and the FIVE people behind me in line ( some with more than one or two) got their food before me. I got a very simple order and didnt complicate the order. Then they handed it to two different people before they got it to me, would have said something but didnt know it was my order.

I love this restraunt. I could be speaking of any Chick-fil-A I ever been to when I say the food is delicious, of good quality, and the service friendly and classy. They seem to go out of their way to do it right. If Chick-fil-A is a brand new Mercedes, then KFC is a beat up old Impala. KFC can learn a thing or two.

Very slow. I used the app to order my food ahead of time like I do most often when Im on lunch and even said I was there before pulling into shopping center. Still had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my food. Other chick-fil-as that I go to maybe make me wait a minute or so. Going to anther store for now on

Chick-fil-A doesnt disappoint, and this location is no exception. All staff are friendly and helpful, and food is delicious and served quickly. There was this really nice girl there; I think her name started with a J, but Im pretty sure she doesnt work there anymore. But everybody is really friendly.

Good basic food. Nothing fancy, but the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries are always good. I have always experienced excellent service, and the have an employee that keeps the dining room spotless. I also like there concept of being closed on Sundays in order for their staff to have a day off.

This is the only place I can think of that still has a play place in southern Indiana. The food is always good and the service is great. I love that the workers get you refills and clear your table while you eat. I can think of a handful of places that could learn a thing or two from Chic-Fil-A.

Although it may sound like an insult, probably the best compliment I can give this restaurant is that its the same as every other Chick-fil-A. When I was there it was especially busy, but the employees do a great job of being quick, efficient, and polite no matter how busy they are.

Only gave 2 stars because the service was friendly. However, I sat in line nearly 15 minutes just to receive cold fries and a chicken sandwich that was more breading than chicken. What ever happened to the theory if you wouldnt eat it.... Then dont serve it!!!! Very dissatisfied

Awesome Chick-Fil-A and very quick service. I get the special treatment every time. Colton in particular showed exceptional care toward the food and I, the customer. He has a very pleasing attitude and greets you with a smile. And it is always truly his pleasure :)

Best fast food spot there is. No doubt. Tasty food with healthy options. Staff and service is incredible. The only downside to this place is the crowd at lunch time. If school is out, then multiply that times two. I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful front counter service. Had a young lady help us and she was very professional and delightful while taking our order. The store is very clean and all employees are very helpful and service oriented.

Try the grilled chicken tenders. They are out of this world good and not so bad for you as the fried food. Staff attempts to be nice, but usually appear confused and you need to check your order each time.

The Chick-fil-A on Dysart in Goodyear is an excellent place to have an inexpensive lunch! It is a family type atmosphere with roomy booths. A good way to buy your lunch in a helpful setting!

The staff is always friendly no matter what Chic Fil A I go to. The prices are a little much, so if you are feeding a lot of people, I wouldnt suggest going here.

Looks like portion sizes has decreased. Eating a bacon and egg biscuit and the bacon is so raw it smells like pig. Health risk also. Will rethink next visit.
