Was pretty good. Have been to a couple of these now and have fresh food served fast. Maybe a step above the other established sub shops in types of subs and how they are prepared but also hit you up for it in the price and then they hit you up for a donation. Not that theirs is not a worthy cause, but it is a restaurant first and foremost, if they want to focus their profits to the cause and brag to the world how wonderful they are about doing so then fine. Dont subject us to persistent bucket begging while we are eating.

Not the greatest food and even worse costumer service. They screwed up my order so I asked them to fixed it, they brought the order back to me after a minute and told me that the order is correct and it its not their fault. This was my first time at the place, and it is safe to say I will never come back. So save your money and go to pen station they have better food and even better costumer service. And its only a couple dollars more.

Staff didnt say hello when we walked in. They took care of multiple drive thru guests before taking our order. Once the order was placed( 1 12" sandwich) it took about 8 minutes to get the order when we were the only customers in the store.

Quick service and plenty of parking. Theyve got a Coca Cola machine with tons of flavors including discontinued ones. And best of all, they usually ask if you want to round up to the next dollar to donate to a charity for firefighters.

Because my food was not good. I barley had any meat and it tasted like something was wrong or missing, no flavor and the meat felt warm but looked like it wasnt cooked and tasted bad? I love coming to firehouse.

Great food and service. Not five because I always ask them to keep the tray pickle... And it comes anyway. Not a huge deal but I am completely disgusted by pickles.

Big fan of Firehouse Subs, this location had subpar execution on their subs. Bread was soggy and there was way too much sauce and I like a lot of sauce.

This is the first Firehouse that I have been to. I love the freshly made sandwiched, and the friendly staff. I recommend the beef brisket.
