The absolute slowest speed of service ever in a quick service restaurant. I likely could have leaned over the counter to serve myself quicker than the group that worked there. We arrived and stood in line behind about 6 people, which at the time seemed manageable until we realized it would take each customer 20 full minutes to get through the line. Not only did we wait, we had to repeat the order multiple times because they were waiting on others at the same time to try and get everyone through the line. The queso was smeared all over the outside of the container, and the lettuce in my burrito bowl was hanging out the side, which the cashier thoughtlessly used his bare hands to recover from falling out. I didnt even want further conversation with anyone else there so I simply let it go. Because I got my order to go and already had to wait a painful amount of time to get out of there, not any part of my meal was warm when I ate it. Needless to say, I will not be visiting again.

I just waited 35 minutes in line to get a burrito. They are understaffed and unappreciative of business. The air conditioning must have been broke as well. I got the the cash register and asked I Could get extra chips and the employees response was "if you want to pay for them". Ill be heading to a different Qdoba in the future.

Friendly staff, warm and energetic environment, delicious selection of ingredients for your burrito / nachos / etc. Bustling (at time of visit) location within the Hamilton Town Center outdoor mall. Nearby EV charging should be available; please verify availability before planning a route. Would definitely dine here again.

I love Qdoba, but Ive been to this location about 4 times and more often than not they are understaffed. Food is still good if they arent out of the toppings you want, and sometimes the wait in line may be worth it, but it is hit and miss at this location. Not indicative of most other Qdobas.

Inconsistent service / quantity of food across various employees. Asked for no beans and was given half a scoop of rice. I would expect a normal amount of rice at minimum, or at least a little more than average when not expecting beans.

I love Qdoba! Best food ever! Seriously some of the best workers Ive ever seen. Everybody there are very nice and always have everything clean. I would never eat at another Qdoba besides this one. #qdobaislife
