Great staff (mostly), selection, prices and store for most part. What troubles me is about 1 out of every 5 videos will malfunction either due to the DVD being scratched or run through their refurbishing machine too many times (I dont think they keep tabs on how many times they refurbish individual DVDs). This has happened on several occasions and sometimes we will tell them about it and depending on who is working (especially a certain female staff member), they will "clean it" (that is, run it through their refurbishing machine) and put the defective DVD back on the shelf for some other poor customer to only have the same issue. Wrong answer/non solution!! I find this annoying and wrong. You can only refurbish a scratched DVD so many times until it will no longer work. SMH If you rent from here make sure you rent at least 3-5 DVDs, (especially if they are kind of popular). as I have had as many as 2 NOT work. To their credit they gave me in store credit.

On our visit when i asked a worker a price on movie got a sarcastic reply of there are stickers and sign everywhere. I had to return with movies rented to have security device removed being they sent them out without removing... The selection of movies is huge variety they just need to work on quaility customer service.

The staff wont just scan your movies and take your money, theyll go above and beyond to help you.. from movie recommendations to compliments. They always greet you at the door and I have never seen anyone without a smile. The friendly atmosphere makes me watch movies from Family Video as often as my wallet allows me to!

This is a wonderful place to go to actually be able to go in to browse the backs of actual of dvd cases rather than it on a screen and have movies spit out. It is rare but VERY nice to still be able to have a free standing video store to be able to rent the latest movies and games.

If you buy at least $10.00 in food from Marcos Pizza you get a free movie rental from Family Video. But it has to be a movie with a yellow and purple sticker on it, meaning a movie thats not a new release. Family Video and Marcos Pizza are both owned by Hogland foods.

One of the last remaining video rental places in the area, other than Redbox. Probably the best that I have ever been to! Great and friendly staff, very talkative and advisable with movie selections. Just an all around good place!

This business is now defunct. No one uses video stores anymore. The one saving grace is that you can grab a pizza to go but its pretty average and has no dine-in options
